Bear's Inn — Restaurant in Springdale Township

Ok not going to lie from the outside this looks like an older, locals owner place and that is sort of true if you enter the door that goes to the bar but a great treat awaits you if you go to the other door that goes to a massive room with ton of seating. It has moose/VFD/Elks lodge feel to it but the staff is super friendly, the prices good and the food...let's talk about those wings. For one they are the whole wing so a dozen is a true dozen not those wing ding dozen that are really only 6 wings these are the genuine deal. Second the are the jumbo sized wings, not the dinky ones you find at places like hook, fish and chicken these are massive and a dozen easily satisfied my son and I with us bringing home a few for later.

The sub I got was the best Italian I have ever had, not sure what about it made is so good but I have never had a sub like it and even writing this review now has me longing for it again.

The lady who served us was super friendly, like talking to your mom kind of friendly and the entire vibe of the place is relaxing and feels as comfortable as if you were sitting at home having a meal with family.

This is a cash only place but they do have an ATM available on the bar side.

We drove 45 min to try the wings and were pleasantly surprised. They were crispy, delicious and piping hot! Staff was very friendly. I definitely would recommend this place for the wings. Couple of things to know in advance: cash only , very casual and fine to bring the kiddies , maybe order the wings ahead of time so that they will be ready to eat in (as it is a long wait for the wings), these are not wing dings — they are full wings....

We rode our motorcycles in from Ohio. We were tired so I looked up food near me. I said let's try this place the wings look good....
