Subway — Restaurant in Springdale Township

After receiving a gift card from a friend, I decided to come grab a sub at this location. As soon as I walked in, the female associate was literally blowing her nose hard into a tissue while standing behind the counter. Granted she washed her hands and put gloves on but you should not be doing that where customers can see. If she would have attempted to make my food, I would have left, gloves or not. So disgusting.

Another female came to help me, she was pleasant enough. No complaints. But when I looked at the veggies, there were terrible. Just old looking and the onions were frozen solid. She had to replace them for me. The tomatoes looked horrible.

This experience totally reminded me why I never spend my money at subway. I'm not even interested in using the rest of the gift...

After moving to SF I’ve been to this location a few times over the last month and has been ok. Today I was super hungry and wanted a foot long sandwich. A couple came out right before I came in and nobody was there working. Standing there for at least 10 min I did not see or hear anyone at all. Usually there are a couple people working and this place was literally empty. So I had to go across the street to jimmy johns which I don’t like to do. The gentleman working today was great and professional. He was working with an older lady who was very unprofessional, even with how she asked me what kind of cheese, super duper rude. Even when her co-worker respectfully told her, "Customers come first, complaining in front of them doesn't look good" She then shushed him AND chucked my sub over causing literally everything to fall off.
