My wife texted me to pick up a lotto ticket on our way from the store, so we stopped at Casey’s. I sent my 22 year son in to buy the ticket because my back is in bad shape. He forgot his ID so he came back to the truck and told me he couldn’t buy a ticket without his ID. I went inside with my son and asked to buy a lotto ticket. The bearded man behind the counter used a very disrespectful and aggressive tone to explain that he wouldn’t sell me a ticket because I was just buying it for my son that was standing beside me. I very patiently explained that I had sent my son in to buy the ticket for me and I was not buying a ticket for him. He basically called me a liar and continued in an aggressive and demeaning manner. I don’t mind having someone explain that they cannot sell me a ticket because of the situation, but the way the clerk did it was appalling and unprofessional. Read moreI would like to thank a young man named Dontrell. I’m not sure if this is the correct spelling or not. But I am so happy there are still people like this in this world we live in. My wife and I had broke down on the freeway in our truck from an overheated engine. Went in to ask the young man if they had water for my radiator, and he replied no but I will show you where it is and he got a case of water for me and insisted on buying it for me to help out. I told him I had money in my truck and please do not pay for the water I will bring him back The money as I didn’t have it on me. He went ahead and rang it up but I brought him back the money I just wanted to let your company know what a great young man you have to represent your business. Thank you...
Read moreVery nice Casey’s gas station! This station has a ton of pumps and is well lit at night. Inside is huge with tons of snacks / food / drinks. Very clean with nice employees. They have free tire air pumps too to the west of the gas station!
Only main complaints are the gas prices are normally more than the small Walmart pumps to the south. It’s also almost impossible to turn out left (to get back to Don Tyson / I-49) when there’s traffic. You have to take a left and then a left at the light to get back to the interstate. There’s almost always a line to get out of...
