This place stole my heart. I was so looking forward to having nice tamales. Being a vegetarian it is tough finding food . To add the plantains were made to perfection. The hibiscus drink was surprisingly refreshing. I recommended this Salvadorian place to my colleagues who were not aware of this location but are now after my feedback. The place was buzzing with locals either dining in or takeout. The owners were kind enough to explain to me what each dish was made of . Oh I wish I got more tamales for the road .

Ordered take out. 4 Papusas... when I made my plate and put the cabbage on I was excited to try it. Bit into my 2nd bite and bit into a fake glue on nail. I immediately freaked out because I initially thought it was burnt cheese. NOPE! A fake nail in the cabbage or papusa who knows! Disgusting definitely not coming back and don't suggest you do either. Unfortunate because it looked like neighborhood favorite.

Very authentic, local joint with the BEST shrimp fajitas I've had and a 10/10 salsa. Ordered 2 pupusas (chz & shrimp, chz & spinach) and they came with a lovely cabbage slaw topping. Service was fast, attentive, and the workers were very kind. Will come again to try their tacos and other specials!

Let me start with the restaurant. They have ceiling fans but they're not running. The AC unit in the back room is set to 72° but it sure feels like 80 degrees in there. There is one glass door in the back room -which is always locked- that lets sunlight in for a good part of the day. It has no blinds. That's part of the reason it is so warm inside. As far as drinks go, if you want soda you are limited to soda in bottles. There are no refills. The main thing is obviously the food. Let me just say that the food here is below average. My dad ordered the fish -I think it was Tilapia- and he gave me some to try and I thought it was done very well. The pupusas are big and cheese is the main filling but they put enough of it in there but they are still a little bland. If you want better flavor choose Jalapeños and...

This is by far one of the worst pupusa restaurants I have ever been to. They were some of the saddest looking pupusas and the price was not worth it at all. You can better tasting pupusas for half the price elsewhere. I usually buy my pupusas from Rogers but happen to be in the Springdale area. I bought 10 pupusas and they charged me $45. If the pupusas tasted good and actually were filled how they should be, I would have been satisfied. However most of the pupusas was just flower alone. The filling was mostly cheese and I asked for the revueltas which should have a good portion of pork, beans and cheese. 90% of the filler was cheese with a small portion being a mix of bean and pork. Spend your money elsewhere. I do not recommend and am warning you that for the price, you can...

Very disappointed after I ordered a Salvadorian seafood stew to go and after 27mins of waiting for it to be ready I get home served it on a bowel just to see that it was loaded with carrots and potatoes with very minimal seafood and no fish at all. Even though I had previously experience about the same situation I decided to give them a second chance, but am more disappointed than the first experience. Don’t go here save your money and time. If you want to taste a real Salvadorian seafood stew and popusas I recommend you to go to the Pupuseria Salvadorena #2 in Rogers, AR and not this worthless money hungry...
