Let me start with the restaurant. They have ceiling fans but they're not running. The AC unit in the back room is set to 72° but it sure feels like 80 degrees in there. There is one glass door in the back room -which is always locked- that lets sunlight in for a good part of the day. It has no blinds. That's part of the reason it is so warm inside. As far as drinks go, if you want soda you are limited to soda in bottles. There are no refills. The main thing is obviously the food. Let me just say that the food here is below average. My dad ordered the fish -I think it was Tilapia- and he gave me some to try and I thought it was done very well. The pupusas are big and cheese is the main filling but they put enough of it in there but they are still a little bland. If you want better flavor choose Jalapeños and...
Read moreThis is by far one of the worst pupusa restaurants I have ever been to. They were some of the saddest looking pupusas and the price was not worth it at all. You can better tasting pupusas for half the price elsewhere. I usually buy my pupusas from Rogers but happen to be in the Springdale area. I bought 10 pupusas and they charged me $45. If the pupusas tasted good and actually were filled how they should be, I would have been satisfied. However most of the pupusas was just flower alone. The filling was mostly cheese and I asked for the revueltas which should have a good portion of pork, beans and cheese. 90% of the filler was cheese with a small portion being a mix of bean and pork. Spend your money elsewhere. I do not recommend and am warning you that for the price, you can...
Read moreVery disappointed after I ordered a Salvadorian seafood stew to go and after 27mins of waiting for it to be ready I get home served it on a bowel just to see that it was loaded with carrots and potatoes with very minimal seafood and no fish at all. Even though I had previously experience about the same situation I decided to give them a second chance, but am more disappointed than the first experience. Don’t go here save your money and time. If you want to taste a real Salvadorian seafood stew and popusas I recommend you to go to the Pupuseria Salvadorena #2 in Rogers, AR and not this worthless money hungry...
