Wawa — Restaurant in Springfield Township

It's a great WaWa except when I order a sandwich on my 25 minute lunch break and everyone is getting their sandwiches. The people who ordered after me are getting what they ordered, at lunchtime they have 4 or 5 people back there working. Except for one girl, one person is standing around talking to some dude. It seemed like a very important conversation about how much he hates his job. It was way too important to work and listen at the same time. It was a good thing for him another employee was making his sandwich because when she finished his he left then she finally started working on mine. Now that I'm officially late getting back to work and they're going to dock me another 25 minutes for being late I figured I'd leave this review. I won't be getting lunch there anymore and I understand it's just a sandwich but to stand there right in front of me to chit chat about nothing important when I do have something important to get back to was kind of a slap in the face. 1 star...

The staff leaves VERY little to be desired! Made an order online last night (the Wawa is two miles up the road and it got picked up) Paid for the order/food from deli and the Hispanic or mixed lady who was in the deli had a horrible attitude and zero customer service! First gave a nasty attitude about giving me my sides for my hoagie and order. Then bc she wanted to shove my sides in one container instead of separating them like they normally do, threw a fit and attitude bc she HAD to do her job! Then when asked for an extra bit of honey mustard from her and the deli I was told “NO WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT!” Wow are you serious? I would like a New Hoagie bc when she put sweet peppers on the sandwich she put so much juice it sogged up the entire sandwich smh! And didn’t bother adding the other sides. I want to talk to a manager! Yall hire all the time but you hire some of the laziest and most ignorant...

I come to this Wawa daily for a lot of different items. I'm so glad they changed the rewards system. I come at night now more than I do the morning because some of the employees on the day shift are just plain out rude. Your supposed to greet customers with a smile not give them attitude all the time. Karen over there is very rude and racist acting and she shows up to work wearing whatever she's going through and that's not fair to the customers. We all go through things but we don't take it out on the customers. I would love to start visiting this store in the morning again but not on her shift. Other than that I've had great experiences at this store. The store is always clean, the food is always fresh and some of the customers are actually nice and do...
