I've been to new York to California washington to Florida and every state in between eating all different types of food and no place compares to this one. For the price to portion sizes. You get a texas sized meal for a missori price. 3 tacos is what I got today and could only eat 2 and for $13 before my tip. To be honest I should have tipped more. The taste... you can taste the smoke in the chicken the seasoning came from the peppers he put on it you can taste the smoke even in the cheese and it's not an over powering smoke taste nor is it hard on the belly that im used to here in missouri being so close to kansas city and there was a little kick of heat in the tacos but not to much it was unbearable enough to let you know it showed up to the party. Or a quick hello and back to the corner it went. Now the smoked cookie yes I said smoked cookie never herd of it my self so I was a little skeptical a soft little gooey sugar cookie with coconut on top is one of the best cookies and being smoked light hint of smoke flavor. Oh my goodness! Texas barbecue snob here and man oh man, this place checks all the boxes!! I tried the brisket, the pulled pork and the ribs and every item was excellent! The brisket is a perfect combo of lean and moist and just melts in your mouth. And it had the perfect bark, not too crispy and with just enough flavor to not overpower the brisket itself.

And those pork ribs, I swear I just looked at the ribs and the meat fell off the bone before I even touched it, that's how tender and juicy they are. 😍

If you are a truck driver, you do not have to be delivering to the caves to be able to park here and get BBQ There is a massive truck parking area and you can pull in, park, get your food and leave without having to go through any kind of guard gate or check in with anyone, so don't feel like you can't come here unless you are making a delivery. I came here just for the barbecue and it was easy...

The prices on here don't match the actual prices. Everything is $3 to $4 more when you get there. The guys nachos in front of me gave me hope because they looked good and they were so big he couldn't close the container. I ordered a brisket sandwich a snd potato salad as my side. The brisket was heavily chopped up, I would have preferred slabs of it so I could see the quality of the smoke. Unfortunately it didn't come that way. The sandwich also packed and imagination. It's a bare bones, meat and sauce sandwich. Not even a pickle. The bun was un toasted and got pretty soggy from all the BBQ and juices from the brisket so the last few bites were very messy. The meat tasted ok. The sauce was ok. The potato salad was very mayo heavy. Not a fan of it. The guy told me it was the best BBQ in all of MO. I highly doubt that. The meal was $15 and it didn't come...
