Order a large hot pumpkin macchiotto. First they said that the machine was down which is fine I would have left. But then said that they can make it. Poor choice on my part. Anytime they say that don't get it. Anyways I proceeded to the drive thru window. Where first I pay. Then she asks me it was a medium right? No large please. I continued to be nice. She then proceeded to pass me a medium iced something. I said no. It's a hot. Then the next employee proceeded to hand me a small hot drink. I said no that's not mine. She looks at the screen where the orders are then asks me what I got. I then said what my order was. Then she asks me if I paid for it. I said yes. I worked at fast food. If your looking at the screen then aski g your customer what there order was and if she paid for it. Your screen tells you this. Then after all that I get my drink. I Co tinued to drive home. When I got home and tasted my drink it was nothing but milk foam!! Does anyone at dunkin know how to make a macchiatto?? Macchiato is all espresso and just a bit of milk. Read moreI always like coming to this Dunkin, they are always fast and efficient. They never mess up what I have, however I think they need new head sets ! Can you buy them some please ! It causes conflict between customer and them when their equipment doesn’t work and they can’t hear! The lady was super happy to help me at the window when there was a miscommunication and it’s because of the poor technology they have!
