I see All the 5 Star Reviews And I’m confused because Me and my Daughter Drove Up there from Dayton, Ohio and The way they treated us was awful…It Was On Saturday and No one was seated or eating inside, people were picking up takeout orders… When we walked in we were Not greeted so I asked a young lady who was standing talking to another woman behind the counter where do we order and she pointed to a window that had another young lady behind the window and a man was standing there also, There were menus on the counter so me and my daughter looked through them and asked if we could order,the woman apparently didn’t speak English so the man standing next to us translated… Everything we asked for was Not available not even beans and rice however people were coming picking up orders, so after she kept saying there was no food we left, They WERE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL, It was a terrible experience and I Will Never go back there, Once again I am so confused about these...

We showed up at 5:30. The restaurant was full of people, but still pretty clean. The chef and person serving were very kind and spoke English pretty well. The place looks like a small family owned restaurant with a comfy feel. The table settings were nice and a good touch of color.

By this point in the day, they ran out of the Saturday special. I ordered the fried goat, and my wife ordered the fried chicken. The food did take some time to get to us, but once it did, it was hot. The goat was well seasoned and delicious, the black rice was savory, and the fried plantains were hot and delicious. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside with moist meat and was very good.

My wife and I agreed it would be well worth it to drive from Columbus where we live to here regularly to have this delicious...

I’m originally from Boston, MA, and while visiting Columbus, Ohio, I wanted to support a Haitian-owned business. I found this place and drove 43 minutes to get there. Unfortunately, the experience was beyond disappointing.

When I arrived, I was greeted by an older gentleman at the window. I didn’t have a menu, so I politely asked what types of patties they offered. His response was shockingly rude and unprovoked—as if my simple question offended him. I remained respectful, but his attitude was completely uncalled for.

The lack of basic courtesy and customer service was unacceptable. As a business owner myself, I would never treat a customer this way. This was my first and last visit. I will never go back, and I strongly advise others to stay away. No one deserves to be spoken to or...
