Highly recommended by my son who had eaten there a week ago w/a friend. By far, the best Mexican food I've tasted in our area!! Freshly made delicious salsa & warm chips delivered to the table as soon as we got there. My son ordered the hot sauce again to go with the chips. Fire! Yum! We each ordered a Jumbo Margarita for $6.99 on a Monday night which was made just right - so delish & refreshing. I ordered the Chili Relleno with Butternut Squash that was incredibly tasty. The sweetness of the squash with the heat of the pepper was an interesting combination of flavors. Tender & flavorful shredded beef Chimichanga with creamy & dreamy cheese sauce drizzled over the top. Delish! They've cleaned up & updated the building to an upscale degree & the staff couldn't be nicer or more attentive. They even have Vegan options. I will be back & will be bringing family & friends. Worst place I’ve ever been in my life , I’m assuming it was the manager walking around on his phone chasing the girls ( waitresses ) around , he was not really in uniform just khakis and a plaid shirt tucked in. the waitress we had messed everything up . Seemed young and didn’t know what she was doing. I got one soda , that I waited 20 minutes for , for the first one. she never came back around for a refill , we had to call her over to our table . Our food was cold by time we even got it . We insisted on paying for our drinks and just leaving and she said our food was coming out ( was still cold ) She was dropping plates and glasses , our ticket was for $82 but somehow after she took our card it was $85 , and then she never gave us our card back . Although I gave 5 stars, I was disappointed with our prices. 3.99 for a small cup of cheese and charged for green salsa :( our server was very attentive and quick to respond with special order. I should have brought my displeasure to manager at the time because our lunch ticket was over 40$ for 3 people and all we had was iced tea. Will definitely pay more attention to prices on our next visit!
