I work in hospitality and a true foodie. This place is new venue to the area and absolutely an amazing place already. The owner of the Blactop Bistro personality is infectious and you will be laughing or smiling the entire time you are there. I tried her special of the day Turkey, Cranberry and Pear Panini. I could probably eat this everyday it's that yummy. My wife had the South of the Border Grill Cheese. Gooey Melted Cheeses and Jalapeños. Food truck was late to neighborhood event. Somehow got lost? They quoted me 5 minutes and 30 minutes later they gave it to someone else.
