I ordered my food for delivery and waited about an hour per usual with pizza delivery in the area. I received a notification on the online tracker as well as a text notification that my order had been delivered. I opened my door and nothing was there. I decided to wait about 10 minutes before calling the store about this.
When I called the store, the man who answered the phone immediately started to argue with me when I explained the situation saying that if I ordered online then I must have selected carry out and not delivery. I explained to him that I did in fact select delivery, was charged a delivery fee and received two different types of notifications that my order had been delivered and it was not. He then said "well I don't see it here so someone has it and it will be there". 10 minutes later it arrived. The food was both burnt to a point it was barely edible and ice cold at the same time. I understand that technology can glitch and that it may have been an error when it said my order was delivered but there is no excuse for the way that I was treated when I called in to enquire about the order that I paid for as well as no excuse for the burnt, cold and inedible food that was delivered. I doubt that management will do anything about these issues as they chose to let that short tempered man answer the phones and allowed food of this quality to walk out their door to be delivered to a customer.    Read moreI ordered on the app at 7:30pm and was wondering why it took so long. So I decided to check the tracker. Turned out the app changed to pick up instead of delivery. I called and apologized for the issue. Jonathan made sure to fix it and set it up for delivery. We'll about 10pm comes another hour after I called about the error. I was getting ready to call and see what was going on. Before I could the same guy called me to see if I got my food. He forgot to make the new slip up and my food was sitting there all this time. He was so apologetic and is making me a new order to have sent out. He was very kind during my error with the order and very kind with the inconvenience from this order all the way around. We'll done to the staff at this Dominos. I appreciate how kind this gentleman was. An going out of his way to make sure I get my food and it's fresh. Yes I waited like 3 hours but I was at fault to. They could of very well sent me old food OR not changed it to delivery at all for me. I hope management sees this and knows they have some...
