MT's on 8th — Restaurant in St. Cloud

Been ordering takeout here for a few years almost weekly. Today, Wednesday July 16th about 5pm, spent $46 on wings, onion rings and a philly steak with cheese and green peppers. Got home and the philly steak was two large pieces of tough beef, not chopped like a normal philly. It had mushrooms which I didn't ask for. Bread was wet and my friend who I ordered it for couldn't take more than one bite it was so disgusting, I took a bite and agreed. I called back and asked if I could take it back tomorrow and get a refund being we were already at home across town. Instead of doing the right thing and apologizing and agreeing to refund me or at least settle in some way, she basically told me I was a liar and said they always make their phillies this way. Maybe it's a different manager or cook IDK, but the phillies we ordered in the past were always chopped beef, and only had the ingredients we asked for, and were edible. When I asked for a manager they said they didn't have one but put a woman on the phone. Rude as they come. Again, called me a liar and offered zero options. I will never give my business to MTs on 8th again. Never had a problem in the past until now. If she would of acted like a human and offered something I would have never left this review. Spent an average of $100 a month there on takeout, not to mention the hundreds a month for others I've picked up for. That's over. Will find a new bar to get our food from. MTS is a nice little bar tucked away in that little strip mall there on veterans drive. Staff is nice and courteous the kitchen is open to the view of the patrons. So if you're sitting at the bar you can heckle the cook...in all honesty is probably not a good idea. It's definitely got one of those friends kind of bar feel. I don't even remember what the price was of the food everything's outrageous now a days. I blame that squarely on the politicians the lawyers the judges and the corporate executives and let's not leave the French out of that list of culprits either.
