Horrible service, they are slow as molasses here. Went there tonight around 9 o'clock they weren't busy at all and we went in for ice cream cones. One girl up front didn't acknowledge us and was moving soooo slow. Finally just walked out as we weren't acknowledge and was not going to wait around for an ice cream cone. Called to complain to manager when I got in my car and asked how many employees he had on right now and he said 6. I then asked where he was at and he said working in the office. I then informed in that he should maybe go up front and manage his team of 6 better because 6 employees were unable to acknowledge that I was there and take my order of two once cream cones when they weren't busy at all. His response well one employee was on his break and one other guy was busy doing something in the back and the girl that was about to help us had to grab something quick and then was going to help us. My response well she could have mentioned to us, "hello, I will be right with you." But instead she was moving as slow as a sloth and didnt even smile at us. Read moreThis location had owed me multiple coupons, allegedly coming in the mail on numerous times of complaining due to bad food quality or service provided. I asked my fiance to go up there and collect breakfast and mention that we have never gotten a single coupon from them.
I needed food prior to work and for the kids prior to a long day.
At 10:28am she pulled into drive thru window and was told they would speak to manager and the lady was stalling and trying to delay the order from taking place. After being told she didnt care at that point of using a coupon she still was told to wait. At 10:32 they were ready to take a order but was told oh sorry we are no longer serving breakfast now and nothing can be ordered.
This place is a joke that has zero respect for customers and locals that are spending their money and allowing the kids who are working there to have a job to go to. Im pretty irritated now because no one is eating breakfast and we had zero intrest in eating lunch at this time. Read moreUnbelievabely terrible customer service! Keep in mind this exact same thing happened twice here! Started off by going thru the drive thru, ordered a chicken sandwich. Used my mcdonalds app to get it for $1.07 after tax. Used my card(wrong card... woops) the cashier handed me back my card and said “here you go”. Went to the next window and waited for 5-10 mins without being talked to. They finally said your card didnt work. I reply with oh im sorry muat have used te wrong card. Just take my cash. Got my change back. It was $5 and some change. I told the cashier that i used the app to get the sandwich at $1.07. The “MaNaGeR” came over and said i couldnt use the ap discount. No ide why? Andyways that when i said i want my money back and i handed them back the sandwhich. They tried to give me $5 and some change back. I said no, i need to get $10 back. Literally 15 more minutes go by. Im wondering what the hell is going on. Finally i get my $10 back. Absolutely no apology or anything. No one ahould have to deal with this kinda b.s. your at work- do your job!
