Unfortunately, the service at this establishment was far from pleasant. The owner lacked the basic social skills necessary where clear communication and customer interaction are essential.
One glaring issue was the shrimp toast. It was undercooked and cold in the middle. I informed the owner, who went to the kitchen but never returned to address the issue or offer a solution. A simple acknowledgment or effort to remake the dish would have been appreciated, but none was provided.

Read moreFirst time here. Parked at Flying J truck stop across the road. Not many windows on the building, so the place didn't even appear to be open from the road. Ordered the General Tso chicken combo with pork fried rice, and a small hot and sour soup with crispy noodles.
The General Tso chicken was excellent, not too sweet and with a pleasant spicy kick. The hot and sour soup was on point also. I wasn't crazy about the style of crispy noodles they offer, but no biggie.

The pork fried rice was good but the orange chicken was lacking in flavor even though it was smothered in a sauce. It looked burnt as well. The orange peels were black.
