I used to come to this Subway often and was ecstatic when they began online orders awhile back. However, every time I order online, I go at my pick up time and still have to wait. Usually I'm waiting for an employee to come to the front. At times waiting 10 minutes or more just to ask for my pick up order I can see sitting behind the counter. Tonight, I came in a bit after my initial pickup time to an empty lobby and 2 employees behind the counter. There was no order on the back counter and they appeared to be frantically making what I thought was my order. After they helped 2 customers that came in after me, I approached them about my order. They said the order they just made was not mine and they must have given the wrong order out. Give them 5 minutes and they would have to remake it.
