101 Pizzeria — Restaurant in St. Joseph

I came here pre-quarantine so this is a long over due review. :) 13k reviews here so I knew I had to come check out this bbq joint! Got the ribs, sausages, tri tip, Mac salad, potato salad, beans & Cole slaw. Wow it was a lot of food!! My bf and I couldn't finish it all and should've just gotten half a rack of ribs instead. Everything was decent. Didn't care for the sides. It was just ok... I enjoyed the tri tip more than the ribs itself. The ribs were just ok.. it wasn't fall off the bone good. Tri tip was good and so were the sausages. I'm glad I got to try out this place.

The lady at the counter was incredibly helpful, truly wonderful, most welcoming & so inviting, with an awesome sense of humor! There was a group of 8 of us from Church & they were awesome to us, the food was fresh, hot, & scrumptious! For all of our orders, plus their other customers inside & phone orders, it was fixed & ready in a very, timely manner!!! They had all of our orders as they should be! I was told on the phone that my order would be at least be half drum half flat. If it was unable to be done due to your vendor sending only drums the person taking the order shouldn’t of promised at least half flat. They actually promised us mostly flat. If when we called they said that was impossible we could of chosen not to place our order but instead told us it could be done.
