St. Joe Cafe is a hometown delight. Cafe is family owned & u are always greeted by warm smiles & welcome when u arrive. Food bar that is available for breakfast & lunch offers delicious homemade meals. Plus the salad bar is great & gives u options for unusual items like loaded pimento cheese, homemade chicken salad, & numerous vegetables that are rarely seen on a salad bar. U can enjoy all the wonderful items on meat & vegetable bar & salad bar or order from their menu. Saturday mornings is crowded with folks ordering various breakfast platters off the menu. Sundays are always crowded with folks swarming in to eat the Sunday breakfast bar starting around 11am. The St. Joe Cafe opens at 7am Tuesday thru Sunday until 3pm on Sunday, but they close at 4pm Tuesday thru Saturday. Ordered a chicken finger meal for my youngest daughter and that is literally what she got, one chicken finger. All three of my daughters ordered macaroni as a side and all three were cold when brought to the table. Two of the people in our party of six ordered breakfast and the gravy was also cold. Speaking of our party of six, there was an automatic 15% gratuity.
