Miami Grill — Restaurant in St. Louis

They only get a 3 because of the food being Good. The service although is Horrible! 1st& last time I'm ever going here. I placed an order instore look at both the Wall& Paper Menu and the Price for a particular item is the same. Upon payment I noticed that there was at least a $4 charge that I didn't understand why it was so. I politely waited for my food to finish cooking then asked the Employee who took my order if both Menu prices were correct. He sad Yes, then I asked him about the $4 he typed in a different price I replied that is why I asked if the sign were correct in the 1st place. Yesterday we ordered a catfish filet plate and a catfish nugget plate. My husband picks up but what I got for for my filet plate was some form of crusts that had been cooked so hard there was no sign of fish inside (ugh). I called to let them know that wasn't what I ordered. I was told what I received the wrong order the order I had gotten was jack fish. My husband returned with catfish filet. I don't know what has happen up there but the quality has hit rock bottom. I use to look forward to having their fish but never again will they get my money. My hubs and I were delighted, nay, in awe of the converted DQ, Miami Grill. On our trip visiting all of the Chop Suey restaurants in St. Louis, We stopped by the drive-thru of the Miami Grill, and it was divine. Incredible deals with the best Miami dry rub wings ever! The service was exquisite, they even delivered the food directly to the car. They added a WHOLE LOAF of white bread and a 2 liter bottle of strawberry soda.
