Terrible experience. The whole order took 20mins to complete. Asked for a footlong pepperoni bacon flatizza. There was a lot of confussion from both staff members. They asked me what kind of sauce I wanted. I replied "the sauce for the meatball sub." Both staff members seemed shocked. The Employee that made the sub only put 4 pieces of pepperoni and 3.5 slices of bacon on the whole footlong. Wasnt that big of a deal because he diced it up and spread it out. Then he put my sandwich directly on the toasting tray. Gross. When i got to the register the guy who im asumming was the manager looked like he had little to no training on the computer, tried to tell me that it would be 5.50 for each half of the sub. $11 for a flatizza before tax? I had also ordered a footlong chicken terriaki. He tried to tell me that the reason it cost was $18 was tax. I said "thats wrong tax is only 8%, you could ring it up as a footlong pizza sub add bacon sub flatbread if you don't have a flatizza button. What you are ringing me up for is 2 personal pizzas with 2 toppings. That is not what i ordered." Then i pointed out how the other employee had skimpped me on the meat in the 1st place. He seemed like he didnt understand what i was saying for most of the time i was in the establishment.    Read moreOn April 13th 2022 Someone hacked the Subway app and used my bank cards to purchase sandwiches from this location from delivery. I immediately received notification to my email that sandwiches were ordered. This was at 2:38pm PST as I am in California.
I called right away and spoke with an employee who claimed her name was âNadiaâ. I explained the situation to her and I asked her to cancel the order. She refused to cancel the order and was extremely rude towards me have zero empathy. She told me it wasnât their problem and to contact DoorDash.
Why would I need to contact DoorDash if this hacker is using their Subway app to order the food. I asked to speak with the manager and she said the manager wasnât there. âNadiaâ had the most disrespectful attitude and didnât even take down my information for a resolution with the manager.
My whole world gets flipped upside down because subway has terrible security on their app and the worse customer service. It is a major inconvenience to have cancel bank cards and causes so much stress.
If subway doesnât offer a resolution I will be consulting...

I even tried to be friendly and asked the workers how their day was going, but no one responded, even though they looked right at me. When it came to ordering, they didnât even ask what kind of meat I wanted â they just chose one themselves. When I politely asked for a different option, they caught an attitude.
On top of that, my sandwich wasnât cut all the way down the middle and everything felt rushed. When I paid, they didnât even want to give me a receipt. I had to go back inside to request one, and when I finally got it, the number listed on the receipt was out of service. To make matters worse, when I left, no one said âthank youâ or âhave a nice day.â
