Pizza Haus - St. Martins — Restaurant in St. Martins

I ordered 3 XL pizza's and 2 medium pizzas on Thursday August 7 to be picked up on Friday evening. First of all they called me late Thursday and asked why I had not picked up my pizza's. The order defiantly stated that I would pick them up on the 8th. The pizza was for the rehearsal dinner at Timber Ridge Barn for my daughters wedding party. I sent the wedding planner to pick up the pizza. When she arrived back and set up the dinner area, I noticed that we didn't have the gluten free pizza that 2 of my guests needed due to gluten allergies. I called the business and they told me I needed to come back (over 10 miles) to pick up the pizza they forgot! Then they offered me a $20 refund because by the time someone would have to drive back to the store and back to the venue, we would all be done. I have not seen the $20 refund, and the worst part is that 2 of my bridal party did not get dinner that night. I have tried to call the manager, and have left messages for him to call me but it has been 5 days and I haven't heard anything. The pizza that we did receive...

We are traveling and we're craving pizza. We love a good local restaurant. We arrived at 825pm and ordered right away. After waiting 30mins for our pizza our server told us that they close at 9 and all of our food needed to be put in to go boxes. Which is fine, you are trying to save on having to do some dishes. But when she brought our food we asked if we were still allowed to eat it. And she rolled her eyes and continued to say we are closed and need to stack chairs. We were also the only ones there and we had 2 toddlers with us. We felt so unwelcome we took our pizzas and left. And she continued with well we are closed and I told her that they could've been more courteous and let us eat our pizza. Or when we ordered, inform us that we aren't allowed in the building past 9pm if that's actually the case. Overall it was a rude situation and will...

So disappointed. We live nearby and stopped in for the first time tonight. Girl yelled and said to seat ourselves and she would meet us there. Squeezed through extremely tight seating to a table. Air was very smokey from I’m assuming a burned pizza. Waited 10 minutes while waitresses chatted with others dining in the restaurant, then partially picked up tables, chatted with others again and never acknowledged us.
