Taco Bell — Restaurant in St. Pauls

I sure wish I could say this location is "trying" We walked into a dirty dining area with about 4 clean tables and lots of food on the floor from a table if children (shame on their parents). No one at the counter for several minutes and then a person without a uniform or name badge with a hood over his head said something. I finally wondered iver to the order pad and placed our order. Although the food was very fresh and tasted good (which is why I was generous with 2 stars), it was nit prepared with any care or pride. All the tomatoes were piled into a 1" square in the middle. The chicken was on the right side and the hamburger was on the left, well you get the picture. An elderly diner tried to say goodbye and thank the workers but no one paid any attention to him. I could overlook the dirty dining area if they were busy but with 3 workers I would think they should be able to keep it clean. I could overlook their lack of friendliness if they were busy but they had 3 diners and I saw 2 cars get waited in in drive through the entire 20 minutes we were there. I will stop there again if I just had to have Taco Bell food but wouldn't hesitate to drive to a different one 30...

I have gastroperisis and called TB to find out about what was in certain foods as I cannot have spicey foods before I placed my order!!!! The lady/girl that answered the phone was very ignorant and has absolutely No ppl skills!!! I believe she needs a write up. I would write her up on insubordination!!!! I was in the middle of explaining when she abruptly hung up without any words. I will call Home office aswell. I worked in the restaurant industry for yrs I was and Manager and quickly was primprom to GM. VERY RUDE PERSON THAT DOESN'T DESIVE HER JOB YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY NEVER RUDE TO A CUSTOMER. Receipt says Christopher C was our cashier. The level of disregard for this job that was given off by this employee is honestly disgusting. If you are so unhappy that you have to be rude when someone is trying to order and then let us hear you tell another employee how you don't want to be there and need to go home then why not just quit? CLEARLY this isn't the place for you. Got our food home just to see that every single thing we ordered was just thrown in a bag and not even wrapped up all the way and we are literally missing SIX items.
