Subway — Restaurant in St. Peter

The customer service there was just horrible. I went there and I messed up on my words for the bread and a lady goes “if you are gonna ask for white bread just say 3” so I said “I am sorry I meant herbs and cheese” we continued on with the sandwich making and when I got to the cash register the next lady was beyond rude. I was asking if I could get meals and I said chips then I said next would be cookies. She goes on and says “yes to the chips?” And I said and cookies for the next one. She then goes “just say yes for the chips” in a very rude loud tone. They both have very rude attitudes. If you are gonna work and speak to people you should learn how to speak correctly. I paid $60 for 3 sandwiches and they are very sloppy made. I won’t be going back...

I’m guessing im going to be complaining about the same topic as everyone here it seems.. me and my girlfriend went here. I’m guessing her name is Alex, she was unbelievably. Rude when choosing my bread she gave me mean looks and kept practically snapping at me! Also when she started to make my sub WRONG! And I tried to correct her she throw all the meat back very aggressively! This isn’t the first time she had done this! SADLY! this isn’t all of it!!! When paying for my food she very angrily counted my change and just threw it down with a very angry look!! Subway is supposed to be friendly and warming! Not making the customers feel really bad! I’m almost certain that all the good reviews are because they didn’t have to get...

This subway was a good one. Nothing over and above but not much to complain about either. My wife's chicken was really cold, even after being toasted, so I'm not sure what that was about, but the two kids working at the tone seemed like they were as concerned with themselves as they were with us. They even forgot to get the bacon (burnt) out of the microwave for my daughter's sandwich. All of that said, the place was really clean and the sandwiches were good once we got the missing bacon and had them microwave the chicken. They apologized for the inconvenience. Things happen and I understand that, so this is still a 4-star review. If definitely hit up this subway on my way...
