McDonald's — Restaurant in Stafford

When I pulled up to the ordering post I seemed to inconvenience the male that rudely asked what I wanted.. I asked for a minute to look over the menu. When I said I was ready to order a rude young lady started to take my order. I ordered a #3 no ketchup extra mustard on the burger, with a dr.pepper no ice. And a 10 piece nugget by its self. I received attitude from the git'll when I asked for 2 different sauces. I was then rudely told to pull forward (even though my order wasn't done) I pulled forward and decided not to continue to finish my order. I was asked to pay a different price then the screen displayed. I proceeded to pay for the order I did get to place. When I received my bag of food the frys where missing, the girl took my bag back through the window after I already had it in my hand. She disappeared with my bag of food for at least 2 minutes. While I was waiting for my food to come back to me I got my drink from anowhere lady that was rude and disrespectful as well. She handed me the drink and Ithe had ice in the cup. I then told her it was supposed to be with no ice. She took the drink back and aggressively dumped in and took my cup into the lobby to fill it up again. I finally get my bag of food back with frys in it. I checked the food and the frys where cold, nuggets where cold. At this point I'm already annoyed and aggravated with the crew members I encountered. I left your restaurant and went home. I sat down at my table and opened up the burger!!! Yet again another disappointment. The burger had a slice of cheese on it that only covered half of the burger. The burger was cold when I bit in to it.. the night ended with me throwing away $10.51 in the trash and me making my own dinner at...

This place finally deserve a full retrospective. After both working at the location under two different franchises and being a customer for many years (being one of 3 “fast food” restaurants in Stafford) stafford McDonald’s has really stepped their game up. Honestly the service I got tonight was above average. Fresh food right before close is kind of surprising. I’ll spill the beans the previous owners (Walsh) would allow dirty tactics to keep food costs down, but at the price of taste, sanitation, and overall health of the customer. Example: Refrying fries/chicken/fish product that’s sitting out after the timers stop, Not switching food trays when needed, overstocking useless items but under stocking important items (chicken, quarter meat, fries, nuggets, sandwich buns) the newest general manager seems to be addressing any in-house issues accordingly and promptly. I understand that items will be missing sometimes, or product might not be up to par. But keep in mind; the job is an entry level job that helps high school students harness basic skills to help them learn and succeed in better opportunities. Things will sometimes be messed up I guess as Americans people think luxury is “getting the freshest and best tasting food from…a fast food joint.” All in all, while yes there is definitely room for improvement, the McDonald’s in stafford (under Gomez Ent.) is a friendlier, better environment than being under (Walsh Ent.) I am forced to give this a star as my choice would be zero. My son went through the drive through and ordered a cheeseburger meal, NO CHEESE. As you can see in the picture, they gave a lactose intolerant person cheese, then took away the ketchup to boot. Normally, I would look the other way, but this was a meal that was made completely inedible for me. Called the manager “Pam” who when told what happened said, “I don’t remember a hamburger order coming through with the last hour”. She also advised they were short staffed. I am unsure what being short staffed has to do with putting out a correct order. Waiting longer for a correct order would have been fine, and at least edible. Then when told this was a food allergy issue, she then told me my son should have said something. How about giving us the order we asked? Should I have to put my private health information out there just to get a burger without cheese? Then I was called rude by Pam, because I was stern on the phone. Of course I’m upset, food I can’t eat but was paid for sits in my trash can. At least they got the Diet Coke right. This will officially be the very last visit I’ll pay...
