Good food like home cooking. Great service and decent prices. You crash get anything from the breakfast, lunch or dinner menu, and most likely it'll be delicious. The fried chicken sandwich with fries for less than $6 is a great sandwich at a great deal. Never had anything there I didn't like. Everything is always hot and fresh cooked. Always have great specials on the board daily. Also the steaks and seafood are all delicious. They have specials on those every weekend. The desserts are delicious too. I especially love the peanut butter pie. I've never had anything there I didn't like. The wait staff are always friendly and take good care of the customers. As long as the quality stays as good as it is, I'll keep frequently going here. It's been in business for many many years, and has always been consistently great home cooking. My husband called in a order for our family. He told the lady that answered that he want our order cooked fresh. So when he came home with the food the hushpupies were hard not fresh the fish was not fresh my uncles food was not fresh my husbandfood he said was not the best. . I have worked in fast food for years and I'm a manager in fast food. I can tell the difference and I can tell you what the cook did. So whatever they had already up to serve they just dropped our food back into the grease think that I would not notice and also to show that the burnt holes in the bottom of treys would make it look super fresh as if it just came straight out of the grease right into the treys not cooked fresh and for them to think that I couldn't tell or taste the difference you got the wrong person on that. The cook needs either a attitude change or needs to know how to cook and needs to learn how to listen to simple directions. If I come back it will be a while. If...

I used to work at this restaurant as a dishwasher, grill cook, and sandwich maker, and if you want an inside look at the place well the food is kept pretty well and everything is set up in an organized mess the floors are always slippery I have seen multiple people fall while working in my opinion without the right shoes it could be unsafe for a certain few. I really enjoyed working here and enjoying working with the people here most of them are really great and wonderful people. Some people are very rude from what I hear, it is toxic between some employees and the owner doesn’t seem to know what to do about it besides yell but the job always gets done in the end.
