This is incredibly disappointing because we were excited to find and try out a new local coffee shop as we would likely be visiting often. However, we stood at the front counter with a cake pop in hand and we were ignored for a few minutes while the staff behind the counter chit chatted with each other. Meanwhile another family walked in and was immediately acknowledged and asked what they wanted. Even after putting the cake pop back and leaving the counter, we still were never acknowledged. The Coffeehouse is a warm & inviting place to share a conversation, pastry, & maybe a prayer. Lisa & her staff are genuinely kind & compassionate. They make the guests feel welcomed & valued. We absolutely LOVED this coffee shop, we stopped here before horse back riding on our honeymoon and the workers/owners were so incredibly friendly and talkative and it was a great way to start our morning off right :) the latte we got was absolutely incredible and was super good! 12/10 would recommend...
