Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Stanton

THIS IS WORSE THAN PECOS SONIC!! About a week ago we went to get a snack after work, an Oreo double stuffed cone, and they brought us vanilla ice cream in the Oreo chocolate cone. So we sent it back and said we wanted the Oreo stuffed one and she took them back inside and brought them back out after literally only sprinkling Oreo crumbles ontop (not remade like she said and definitely not what is the advertised Oreo stuffed cone with the icing and whatnot) so another worker walked by our car and got it fixed and CORRECTLY made. Two days ago I went and got lunch and my husband had to repeat 3 times a drink order. Then someone else had to get in the speaker and he had to repeat it a 4th time and it still came out incorrect. Wow! So slow waited 18 minutes for drink and corny dogs. Saw hop go by only one time during the wait. Knew something was wrong. Quick check of reviews showed I might be there a while so requested update on order. They were vague on when it would be ready asked to cancel. They didn't seem surprised. Will see if I have to fight to get the charge on CC reversed. DON'T WASTE YOU TIME HERE ONLY THING I GOT HERE WAS 25 MINUTES WASTED FROM LEAVING INTERSTATE TO GETTING BACK ON.

Wow been 5 years since posted review above. Really like Sonics app do passing thru again and decided to give them another shot. Wrong call only one hop. Tried 6+ screen (to get stall number to check in on app) finally push button to check in. Still a very long wait. Checked Google reviews. This is the only place I have ever seen that has the 1 star bar on the reviews...

At 8:33 PM I placed an ice cream order of 5 ice creams. I sat for 25 minutes saying my order was ready and watching it sit in the windows while the employees just stood there watching it melt. When I walked up to address the issue after getting notification of my order being completed, they tried handing me the completely melted ice cream which I refused. So they said they would remake it. As I walked up again to get my order, who I assume is the manager, snapped at me why I was up there. When I told her it was now 35 minutes waiting on ice cream. She proceeded to call me baby and to be patient as she was getting her runners out of there. There was at least 5 orders waiting to be ran but they didn't seem to care. I am a 37 year old woman and not some 20 year olds baby. My order was finally handed to me at 9:10 PM. Worst sonic I have...
