Seems to be a roller coaster of improvement and needs improvement depending on which workers are scheduled. There's no consistency with the food preparation and lack of care or customer service is overwhelmingly terrible. It seems most of the time the employees are managing the manager and there's no control over what is going on while staff is "working" At night, it's simply party central inside the store and if you get severed the correct order, prepared well, and in a timely manner considering yourself very lucky, you may want to visit the casino with luck like that... There are a few superstars on customer service and in actually caring about doing a good job while the majority is there it seems to ride the clock and collect a check, figure out plans for the evening, or talk about the people waiting for whatever it is to be served that's supposed to be the order. A few weeks ago I ordered a sandwich minus tomato, said that statement 3 times to the employee... needless to say I had to send the sandwich back 4 times because well the lack of care from the younger staff about whether someone has a food allergy or whether they could face severe penalties even jail time for serving that which was told not to include and caused a reaction to a customer. They of course laugh behind closed doors at bring the sandwich back out, the sane sandwich minus the tomato but including tomato seeds, then again same sandwich with tomato lettuce, then again with tomato juice bun...finally an entirely new sandwich minus tomato which should have been done in the first place...it would have saved so much time and frustration on everyone's part. But basic training for the position, lack of care for the job, a matter of fact lol attitude, and lackluster job performance seem to be the standard at this establishment where recent changes in management was thought to bring a new wave of changes for the customers of Sonic of Star City...what we got was same old song and dance, different date on the calendar... and frankly peopke are just tired and giving up on having any real options in this town especially when what we have can't even function or maintain as a high quality, customer service driven, community focused, and overall great resturant chain that puts smiles on faces for those factors and not because it's funny to staff to not do so in the first place.... laugh it up, one day when there are absolutely no choices other than what's in your fridge at home... some might reflect on the commitment it takes to help keep a community...

She ordered my food on the app and waited 20+ minutes outside in stall for it to come out, and the worker came out with no food, just to tell her she didn't get the order on the screen and continued to ask for the order, despite my mom already ordering it ahead on the app for that exact reason. Even after she had told them to cancel the order as both she and me and my brother were at least 30+ minutes behind this morning for work/school while waiting on breakfast and she didn't have time to wait on an order, the worker chased her all the way back to work, saying they finally got the order. Read moreI arrived at around 10:45am. and only ordered a large Coke. There was only 1 other car in a parking spot when I ordered the drink. It took nearly 13 minutes for anyone to bring the Coke out. When I received it, it was flat. Like the carbonation wasn't right or it had already been sitting there for awhile. I then pressed the call button and got no response after a couple of minutes. So, I pressed it again and waited. Nothing! Pressed it again and someone answered and asked for me to please hold. I asked for a Dr. Pepper when the staff finally answered in exchange for the flat Coke. I got the drink several more minutes later and was finally done there.
