I visited this restaurant today after placing two online orders. After arriving home after picking up the orders, I noticed that one of the sandwiches that I ordered was made incorrectly. I called the store to inform them of the error & was told to "Just take the onions off." I asked the worker what did she mean by just take the onions off & she repeated what she previously said & also said "I don't understand why you're making a big deal about onions." This young employee had no knowledge of if I was allergic to onions or not, especially with them already touching other parts of the sandwich and showed me that she did not care.
I immediately became frustrated asking her why wasn't her first response to remake the sandwich. She yelled & said "You didn't ask!" and continued to be very disrespectful, further provoking me to a state of anger. I told her that this was the worst customer service experience that I have had in this city & her response was "Well leave remarks on the customer survey."
To whoever the manager & owners are of this restaurant - PLEASE stop hiring young, disrespectful employees who do not care about customer retention or service. I have been to this restaurant several times & have never experienced such disrespect as this. I will never return to this place of business & neither will anyone...

When I asked for the name and contact info for the manager, that’s when she proudly declared that she was the manager. At that point asked for the info for the district manager. To which she replied she didn’t have any paper to write. To which I replied my receipt would be ample paper to write the info on. I’m glad this opportunity presented itself for me to state publicly what my experience was at this particular Subway. I’m 67 yrs old and I have never had the absolute displeasure of being subjugated to such an ignorant and low class person as that manager showed herself. I even said to her you are way too young to be as disrespectful as you are. Of course that statement was like water on a duck’s back. It just rolled right off. We used the app to order & it was supposed to be ready at 5:05pm we received our order at 5:27pm. My frozen food in the car had started to thaw. When I got home 1 of the subs was not right but since I live 15 miles from the location I chose to just not even try doing anything about it.
