Giancarlo’s Fine European Pastries is the place to go for every type of celebration or event that involves cakes or other pastries including weddings, birthdays, parties or dinner guests. I often take my out-of-town friends to meet Giancarlo and his wife, Jane. The guests always come away amazed at the artistry this old world Chef brings to his delicious mouth watering delights.

A hidden treasure in the City of Staunton, Virginia, Giancarlo’s never disappoints. The beauty of each piece is amazing and is delicately created with natural flavoring rather than excessive sugar. I am honored to know this Chef and his wife and am pleased to call them neighbors and friends. Surprise yourself with the amazing pastries...

We were recommended to try this place by a local while us out of towners are visiting. We were immediately warmly greeted by the sweetest couple who owns the pastry bakery & given a gracious treat of his what should be world-famous cannoli cream (& I know cannolis I’m from New York) highly recommend a visit if you’re in town & absolutely try a loaf of of their delicious home made bread too! The dense, fresh flavor was everything. It really was a pleasure to have met these folks! We’ll always stop by when we’re down here...

First time visiting after having this on my saved list since moving here 1.5 years ago. I was greeted warmly by both the couple.

This is in a neighborhood so maps will lead you to the front of the house, but you'll have to drive around to the alleyway. Turn on Walnut Street and the entrance is on Pastry Lane.
