"Why have we never been here before?" asked my husband mid-way through a recent breakfast. Truly, we had passed by before, but had never stopped by. That won't happen again! Husband had the Italian omellette - three eggs stuffed with spicy sausage, peppers, onions and provolone cheese- with home fried potatoes and multi-grain (homemade!) toast. I enjoyed perfectly prepared eggs, a generous portion of kielbasa, home fries and wheat toast. The coffee was excellent and our friendly server frequently refilled our cups. The selection for breakfast offers a wide variety of choices in omellettes, pancakes, benedicts, and French toast. There are also fresh muffins, oatmeal, and several lunch options as well. For less than $30, including tip, this is definitely a wonderful choice. I should mention that the dining area is decorated with a marvelous assortment of old...

The waiting list and wait time are both more than understandable the second you are seated. The atmosphere is incredible with so many neat signs and knick knacks everywhere, but doesn't feel cramped or cluttered. A very neat little gift shop up front, too. Instantly served at the table; barely had my hat off my head when asked if I want coffee or juice. The food was cooked wonderfully and with obvious care and attention. The service was impeccable. The servers truly care about your experience and don't even get me started on the prices! 3 full breakfasts, with some left over worth boxing up for later, for under $40. There are not enough stars on Google Reviews to rate this quaint little gem in the heart...

Food: everything they do is solid. I haven't had a bad experience yet. It doesn't get 5 stars simply because it doesn't go above and beyond to create that wow factor, but they cover all the traditional breakfast items and they do them right! 4/5

Service: some of the most friendly staff, easy 5/5 here. My coffee was never half empty before the waitress topped me off! 5/5

Atmosphere: probably the best atmosphere of any breakfast joint I've been to. It's cozy and has that country, stick to your bones, feel good aura about it. It's spacious and inviting. 5/5

Overall great experience and would go back more if I didn't live...

We have passed by this place for many years and it always has lots of cars in the parking lot. We decided we would make time to stop and are we glad we did. There was a slight wait (15 minutes) at 9:30 on a Sunday. We had each had a hearty omelet breakfast, of which there were many to choose from. We ordered the homemade bread for our toast (multi grain & oatmeal) at an additional cost and it was very good. The staff was very friendly and attentive even though it was busy. Only wish we lived closer to visit more often.

This was a great place for breakfast there was a lot on the menu to choose from. The portion sizes where perfect. The pancake were cook to perfection and soo good. The staff there was friendly and helpful. I enjoy the little things you can buy and look at when you walk in. Service was fast and the quality was great. I recommend stopping in for breakfast or lunch !

Waitress knew every customer in the place. Guess it's good enough recommendation that the locals return on a regular basis. Lots to order on the breakfast & lunch menu. I got my old standby, eggs, toast & coffee. Superbly done and served with a smile. If they were local to me I'd be a regular.
