Cactus Jack's II — Restaurant in Stewart

I grew up in this place and it's not what is was when the original owner had the place. There was 11 of us, not busy we all order food and drinks. Half our tables food came out and 20-25 minutes later the other half came out. Ok fine we were old there was a new cook. Food was cold, had to send 3 plates back bc the food ordered, half the ingredients missing. Bacon ranch chicken sand missing bacon and ranch?!?! (They slapped mayo on it w/bacon) Philly steak wrap, no cheese, onions, sauce (cheese was never put on even after snt back???) Philly steak sand no onion, California burger no tomatoes. That's what a cali burger is about. tator tots still frozen on both plates who ordered them. We did mention all this to the waitress she did give us a discount but I suggest waiting to go here if it really is a "new cook" there's a really nice caseys general store across the street. Grab a pizza there, and grab drinks at cactus.

Very disappointing. We were there on a Tuesday at about 4:00 p.m. we were the only table. We did not get our appetizer before the meal Emma you do not give any of our sauces that were supposed to come with their sandwiches like ranch barbecue sauce, blue Cheese dressing, we had to ask for it. No one stop back to check on us and ask if our food was any good or if we needed anything else, I guess you had to be a guy sitting up at the bar to get good service and have to pay attention to you. On Christmas day my family and I went to visit our Grandma in the hospital. The drive was snowy, windy and long. We were so happy when the gal working answered the phone! And she could make us pizzas!! We got there and she said there was also 1 fryer on!! We ordered 3 apps and a pizza. It was so tasty we even ordered seconds, plus drinks. Thank you so much to the bar tender/server she was so nice and did a great job with everything! A small town bar being open and willing to cook you food on a big Holiday despite not having much bussiness and it snowing really meant a lot to us and I'm sure others too! Cudos to you...
