⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️½ – Campagna Coffee is a Hidden Gem Worth Writing About
Campagna Coffee, established in 2022 right here in New Jersey, is technically still water — but spiritually, it’s a sanctuary. Tucked away in a clean, calm little corner of the world, this spot has quickly become one of my absolute favorite places to recharge, reflect, and caffeinate.
The shop itself is immaculate — not in a sterile way, but in that warm, intentional, everything-in-its-place kind of way. You can tell the folks behind it care deeply about what they’re creating, and it shows in every detail. From the layout to the lighting, it's the kind of environment that makes you want to stay awhile. If I were writing a novel, this is where I'd plant myself for the entire first draft.
The people? Just lovely. Every single person I've interacted with has been kind, present, and genuinely welcoming. No robotic "next in line" vibes here — it feels like visiting friends who happen to make excellent coffee.
Speaking of which: the coffee is on point. Smooth, rich, no bitterness. Everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully made. There’s even a subtle, earthy clarity to it — a quality that true coffee lovers will notice. It's not just a caffeine hit — it’s an experience.
Outside, the echinacea blooms in full color, giving the storefront a peaceful, garden-like charm. It’s the kind of touch that tells you this place values life and beauty, not just transactions.
One of my favorite little bonuses? If you call ahead, the owner will set aside used coffee grounds for you — perfect for gardening. That kind of thoughtfulness speaks volumes. It’s a small gesture, but a telling one.
In short, Campagna Coffee is a place with soul. A five-star café with an extra half-star for being a place you want to linger, create,...
Read moreI saw a bag of Kars coffee at a local deli so I did some online research and decided to order a few bags to support the local roasters. They not only wrote a note thanking me but they included a sample bag of one of the coffees i did not order. The Tanzania peaberry, Costa Rica and Kenya AB were all very smooth and flavoful. The sample pack of Columbia Supremo was one of the best I have tasted from that region. And all were very...
Read moreKAR's Coffee has become my one-and-only since I discovered them last spring while temporarily back in Sussex County for a few months. I now have so many bags of KAR's on my shelf that there's no more room for my coffee grinder! As another reviewer recently mentioned, the Tanzanian Peaberry is out of this world. I am a die-hard dark roast fan and the first time I brewed that particular roast, it blew my mind....
