This particular Aspen Coffee is by far the best location Stillwater has to offer. There are several lunch and breakfast items to keep one satiated, comfortable seating with the standard stools but then couches and chairs. The room is open and large; and you can spend a long time there with WiFi available. The environment is calming and the music is an eclectic blend of soft tunes, as opposed to the wildly standardized "coffee house" music. You can easily tune it out, or enjoy. The flavor of their brews has a rich, earthy, and smooth taste. They sell bags to take home if you can't get enough of it. Read moreThis is our neighborhood coffee shop. We’ve been going here for +3 years. Wanted to make these comments so the management would correct failings we have seen developing. The pastries and sausage rolls are not being cooked long enough. I’ve noticed it on the sausage rolls for awhile, and we ordered cranberry scones the other day, and it was even more evident. Wet and soft instead of fluffy or flakey. Hopefully management will do some quality control and adjust temperature or baking time.

Read moreGood place to write and catch up on work. However, the cashiers fail to ask customers if they are ordering "for here" or "to-go" and automatically reach for a styrofoam cup. I constantly have to ask for a mug/glass so that they don't contribute to a waste of cups. People seated around me always have styrofoam cups despite the fact that they finish their drinks inside.
If these locations have a shortage of reusable mugs/glasses, they need to consult their supplier. Or the employees need to be re-trained to not encourage the easy, wasteful ways of styrofoam cups...
