I had ordered the regular fries initially and he had me sample the salt and vinegar fries... oh my gosh. I imediately said change my order I want THAT. This food truck is fantastic! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was customized and tasty. Fresh, great flavor, and extremely friendly. Glad we happened to see their open sign as we drove to Miami. No photos because we were too busy scarfing but the presentation...
