We went as a family, ONLY Afro-Americans in that restaurant that day. We ordered three steak and lobster dinners. They waited a half hour to seat us, after three other groups that came in after us. Then we waited one hour for our food after five other tables that came in after us. I requested to my spouse to just leave, but him being who he is said let’s just wait the food will be coming soon. They passed around us many times NOT bringing us bread, utensils, or even water the entire time we sat there! OMG! So the owner comes around and says “ have anyone been over to see you?” My husband says no. He says I will take care if that. Then about ten minutes later a lady shows up with some bread and butter and no utensils or silverware, we had to ask her for that. Nothing until about thirty-five minutes later. Well when it did come I could not eat it; I was no longer hungry. We packed our food up and took it home. The next day after we took it out the refrigerator to warm it; it was slimy and mushy and NO GOOD to eat. We WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANY AFRO-AMERICAN in this COUNTY. They also had french bread and butter and a small relish plates dress attire business casual nothing fancy. Keep in mind it's not a large restaurant and the are always busy it's suggested to make reservations before coming . There is also a full bar with seating in there as well the drinks are mixed perfect not too strong the staff are very friendly and when it comes to paying no need to figure the tips it's included in the price of your meal this is a place I plan to come back to again the prices are on the top end of they have lobster and prawns if you add them to your dish like a rib eye then your looking at 100 dollars or more for that one dinner. Read moreIt was not good, husband ordered the ribeye in the display counter med. rare the hot plate that they serve it in came to us like a walmart steak and it was on the verge of being med to well done, the 2nd steak was half of the steak that was in the display case and it was served on a hotter plate than the first one, it was still cooking when the server asked my husband to see if it was okay. It was not , it was so thin that the Hot plate was making it cook more and more. He had sent that one back also and said no more. He waited for me to finish my Lobster, that was great. This is not the first time that we had this problem, they should use the steaks that they have in their display case and STOP the HOT plate that they serve them on.
