Let's just say I hope they get they're head in the game before boat season starts.

I asked the server for the Dos Equis Amber Draft, she said they didn't carry it there. I pointed it out on the menu and she said oh, okay, chalk that up to a new server. When I got the drink the temp was warm, not real warm, but it was not cold as it should be. Sent it back and opted for Bud Light in the bottle. Score one for cold beer!

Our food; Pretzel bites were phenomenal. I will say that they are the best I have ever tasted.

Chilli was a little too soupy and a bunch of meat with a few kidney beans and the onions, sorry, not a cheese guy in my chilli. It had just a hint of chilli seasoning, let's not skimp costs here gang. Don't overdo it, but this had barely any chilli taste.

We opted for the Jumbo Chilli Dog. Girlfriend ordered hers without onions and add mustard, side of potato chips and she got regular chilli dog with onions, no mustard and a side of fries. She took one bite and sat it down and said she was not eating it. I asked why and the dog was cold, barely cooked.

I ordered regular Jumbo Chilli Dog with side of fries and I got what I asked for except I got a side of chips. My dog was undercooked as well but it was palatable for the most part until I got to where the chilli sauce was gone and that is when I noticed it was cold as well. Was the chilli masking the coolness of the dog, Maybe.

It will be sometime before we head back to Cranberries (maybe when boating season hits) as it seems to have went downhill a bit in terms of food and Draft beer. The service was okay, how ever there was no WOW factor for us. Just another table is all...

The only redeeming quality of this place is the view and location which is awesome. The rest of our latest experience was awful. We were told we had to pay extra for cheese on the burger even though on the menu it comes with cheese. I was charged for an order of fries after the chicken bites meal (which comes with fries) showed up without fries. We asked to have the chicken bites tossed in the hot sauce instead of just on the side and they wouldn't do it. Asked for coke slaw instead of fries and was told there would be an up charge for that as well. Then the slaw showed up in a tiny side dish cup that was only half full, maybe two bites worth. They were out of the "special sauce" for the burgers but didn't mention it until the burgers showed up at our table 55 minutes after we ordered. The tomato's were so green they weren't even edible. I've had better burgers at McDonalds. The quality has really gone down since our visit here last year. Clearly using cheap frozen burger patties now and with all the up charges it's clear that whoever is running things now is a cheapskate just looking to maximize profits. The onion rings were decent but everything else was mediocre at best and the service and customer relations was abysmal. If you just want a to get a drink and maybe some fries go for it but have dinner...

I Have been to cranberries several times before and have always had exceptional service and quality food. Tonight was not like any visit before. To start off, my boyfriend and I sat down and didn’t get greeted for 5 minutes, and they weren’t even busy (especially the day before the major lake holiday). When our waitress, Kirby, finally came over she acted like we ruined her day. She briskly took our drink order then didn’t come back for another 5 minutes. I’m glad we ordered when we did because there was no indication when she’d come back again. It took roughly 30 minutes for our food to come out and was delivered to us without silverware, which didn’t come until our waitress finally heard us say something about it. The meal itself was just plain awful. I’m not picky but the food was bland and over cooked and too small for the price. I ordered the lobster roll and it was basically a small mayo sandwich. My bf ordered the fish tacos which have been amazing in the past. Today they were over cooked and served with hard burnt French fries. We barley picked at our food. Instead of checking on us or asking if we needed boxes Kirby just slammed the check down on our table. I really don’t know what we did to make her so mad. In summary: I know I’ll never go back to...

We showed up there. Sign said use Patio Entrance... We did not know where to go. Walked around until someone showed us a door to go in. They were not busy. Sat and waited for a server about 5 minutes until I finally noticed the Bartender look over at a table full of youngsters chatting and on phones and told them we were there. The male server we had said he was training the young lady w/ him. My first thought was... that is how training works here?? Ordered drinks, got Draft Beer in Plastic Cups. Got paper plates for our appetizers and our "Silverware"...was plastic. Do they know how quick beer gets warm in plastic? And plastic completely ruins the taste of everything. Can't you get somebody to wash dishes for the prices you charge? Food was barely okay. Guarantee most of the product is bought frozen.. Burger dry, fried mushrooms had too much breading, overcooked Chicken tenders, cold fries. When I saw the prices.. I figured good quality food, and service... I was mistaken. I will have to say, unless there are major changes.. I will not return or recommend. Pretty dissatisfied for spending $100 on 3

We've been coming to Indian lake for over 20 years and when we first started coming here they let owners bring their dogs on to the patio and we loved it we would make special trips up just to go to this place... Now they've got signs posted outside the patio that only service dogs are allowed... Bummer, if they are too good for my dog I'm not patronizing them. I'd give him five stars but my dog said to only give them three because she's not allowed on the patio anymore! Response to Cranberry... My dog is not vicious, she's a 3 lb little Yorkie. If you are worried about litigation then any problem with another dog or vice versa would certainly between the two owners... Other establishments in the area more than happy to have her on their patio so we went elsewhere. We eat out with her almost two or three times a week and she has never bothered any other dogs. That's okay we'll take our $100 bucks elsewhere

Fish tacos were good, but if you tell me I’m getting pickled onions - there had better be a PILE of them. Each taco had two little rings of onion on them. Overall they tacos need a little punch of something…. Cilantro? Lime wedges? Watermelon with Tajin? The tacos were served with corn chips and salsa. I get it, we are right on the water and we are in a patio situation- but those chips gotta be crisp. Mine were a little stale. And the salsa was a pre-packed tub of Red Gold brand salsa. Those should be reserved for busy parents sending off school lunches for kids who are likely not eating them anyway. If the salsa had been good, I could have added that to my tacos and we would likely have a better rating. I am kicking myself for not getting the Rueben sandwich. Because it looked amazing - and the onion ring I stole off another plate was great!
