just got back from this subway & literally lost my appetite & don't even want my sub anymore! I ordered online but happened to come in as my sandwich was being made. Talu or Taloo I'm not sure how to spell her name, was extremely rude and unprofessional! On my online order I specifically asked for extra onions & banana peppers. I saw she barely put any on my sandwich nevermind "extra". I nicely asked her if she can put extra onions & banana peppers as requested on my online order she proceeded to tell me that she already did. (Let me not forget to mention that she had her earpiece in her ear and talking on the phone with someone while on duty & making my sandwich). Again I asked her if she could please add more onions & banana peppers. I couldn't believe she literally grab TWO pieces of onions & THREE pieces of banana peppers & said that's extra. I said mam what is the issue? I paid for my meal & I asked for extra as the receipt she had was displaying. She said "extra banana peppers is only 3 pieces. " I proceeded to tell her that this was my sandwich that I already had paid for & that I'm eating it & asked why are trying to tell me how to have my sandwich? If I asked for extra I should get extra. She proceeded to say that I used a coupon online & I didn't pay for extra even though I was pointing at the receipt showing her it said extra. She then said yes but you didn't pay for it. At this point I decided I was not going to argue & go back & forth with someone with this kind of mindset. I could not believe what I was going through at the moment. Unbelievable. I wish I hadn't paid for it already because I would have left with out this damn sandwich that I don't even want at this point. Waste of my money! I was thinking bout calling to speak to the manager but seems I see similar complaints on the reviews and same issue is going on. This is ridiculous. I'd rather call corporate. Somebody needs to teach this lady proper customer service and fix her nasty attitude. And by the way I'm usually not the one to leave reviews but I wanted to warn others so they don't have to deal with this type...

I've never been questioned with attitude anywhere else. "A meatball typically just comes with just cheese and sauce.
