Excited to visit The Roastery. After watching it renovated and opened. Way more impressive in person. Especially the process to pour. This visit ordered chilled Nectar Cherry tea created from dried coffee bean fruit. Fun fact: nothing goes to waste harvested. One of the many reasons to like the company and community. Based on my method, much better taste with experience of technique demonstrated. Why support this brand? Epic impact The Morning Movement has in the world. Not only within the cup but the overflowing ones shared globally one bean at a time through the worldwide community. Hope this review lets others know the drive is worth it. Why. There’s ways to prepare the best drink in the world in your kitchen, too, if far away. In homage to Jordan remarking they wanna be known for their coffee, not as YouTubers, would like to share my experience. Encourage you to make the choice to jump into the ā€˜Movement’ of quality. Create your experience. Share it with others. How this obsession began, discovered Jordan and Kaylee on their channel, The Nomadic Movement, several years ago researching coffee because my daughter in law is an aficionado. Thought it would help us bond if I took interest in what brings her joy. What got me hooked, finding out corporate company’s crush bugs into their coffee during the harvest process. Yuk! Not this brand ā˜•ļø Lola’s Farm (where they live) stories filled with passion, people, and product became meaningful, to me. Moment fell in love, learning The Morning Movement (name of company) pays 10x what corporations do to help farmers ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø And, getting special permission to drive into untypical locations for what is some of the best beans in the world is mind-blowing 🤯 During the course of the journey, sampling every product since launch if they don’t sell out. Gifting to family and friends who enjoy coffee and tea is an adventure. Learning how to make correct drinks at The Roastery, priceless. I know I’m not the only one who prefers supporting brands that share principles in stewardship of the process and building community is what matters most. For this, grateful to support the vision and help spread the joy. Five and a half hour trek from the southern most tip of New York, then back again, after a day driving from the midwest. I wasn’t the furthest traveler. A southern Texan had me beat the same day. When visiting for fun sign the guest book then glance at the distance so many come from. See who else believes in this crazy delicious drive and drink šŸ˜‹ While sipping the heavenly flavor observed the consistency of presentation for each visitor. The heart involved in every pour is unlike any I’ve ever seen in America or any country I’ve visited for this matter. Many thanks to Jordan for showing me how to make the tea perfect. Patient as I took notes. List what equipment to buy. Encouraged me to make my own video of the process to help others learn. This requires weighing ice, tea, controlled temperatures, etc. As intimidated as I am at Jordan’s expertise am excited to get this right. While still planning to keep this cafe’ on my travel stop list. Excited to have a new area to consider for book signings, too. Special thanks to Kaylee, for sharing Sadie between naps. Family for chats about the town. Stowe’s a great location. Lots of restaurants, shops, places to check out. Ben and Jerry’s is near by, too. If I could give ten bazillion stars would. Off the chart goodness at The Roastery. Especially happy to support this family, those on Lola’s farm, and who work to grow, hand sift, roast beans, pack and more to the end pour. Well, and Sadie asking to Jump and fist pump melted my heart. She’s definitely my favorite. Eyes so bright and joy filled. Thinking about her smile makes the day better. Hope this encourages you to make the trip. Connect with this community. Become a fellow ā€˜Movement’ member. Your tastebuds will thank you every day for the rest of your life. And, remember, no more crushed bugs in your corporate processed cup ever again. ā¤ļøPatience āļøāļøāļøāļøāļøšŸ’Æ

Probably one of the best cups of coffee that I’ve ever had. We stopped here on the recommendation of a friend and couldn’t be happier we had a chance to try it. The Roastery is located about 5-6 minutes (drive) from Main Street Stowe just off the main thoroughfare so you can’t miss it. Parking is a bit limited (~5 spaces) but most people are in and out. Inside, its been thoughtfully designed. There’s a bean roasting area next to the counter, as well as a few purchasable items across (like t-shirts, bags of their own whole bean coffee, and equipment for making your own coffee pour overs). The staff is so incredibly friendly. We spent the majority of our time while there chatting with Sarah who was so easy to talk to. Sarah told us a bit about The Roastery and gave us a backstory on where their coffee beans are sourced from. I also had an opportunity to chat with Brandon who made me a pour over which was absolutely fantastic - the notes were clear and I could taste every bit of the flavor profile. They offer all types of coffee, from pour overs to lattes and even some special non-caffeinated options (apple cider with caramel & oatmilk — OMG). They also make their own syrups, and you can’t definitely tell — they are all so delicious. We stopped in about 4 times while we were staying in Stowe, each time trying something a bit different (It was hard to not go more, haha). If you’re in town, or even just passing through — I will say that you should make an effort to stop by, I promise you will not be disappointed. 10/10 - phenomenal coffee and great people.

Coffee to die for. I've been following Jordan and Kaylee for many years and being able to come here from Ontario on our way to Cape Cod to pick up beaucoup amount of coffee was amazing. Such an awesome little place. Sarah and Jordan #2 were amazing. You could see the passion for coffee that Jordan and Kaylee have bubbled over into them 😁 Sarah is a great ambassador for the brand. I think it can be tough to be in business with your friends but it certainly seems like they've pulled off. We all enjoyed different coffees. If you can, stop by and get a coffee, this is by far a better coffee than you have ever tasted and at a very reasonable price. It's well worth the short drive out of Stowe, definitely not as congested. And you are supporting a real grass roots coffee which directly supports the farmers and not any middle men! Walked in looking for a locally poured cup of coffee. Walked out with a PHD in how to roast beans and possibly the best cup o’ joe I’ve ever had!!! Man what a spot and what a wicked story ked! The two partners that run the joint both come from humble backgrounds looking to escape the monotony of professions that their energy was wasted on. To hear them both describe the path that led them to opening this amazing spot is truly inspiring. Not to mention listening to them explain how each bag of beans is hand selected in South America and abroad, shipped, roasted, and brewed on site 🤯 The story, the passion and the flavor behind each cup truly makes this a unique coffee experience. And by the looks of it, some people simply can’t handle that type of dankness. Kelvin and Kent (the only two bad reviews) wouldn’t know a good cup of bean water if it burnt their tongue 😤 So, definitely don’t pass by without stopping in. If you're adventurous and have never truly enjoyed a cup of coffee other than Dunks, take a look at the Rare Roasts! They’re worth the price once you realize what actual coffee is supposed to taste like. Looking for something easy to drink and with a little sugary pizaz!?! One Iced mocha please! Whatever it is you end up going with, just know you’re supporting a locally grown passion for quality....
