I had The vein inside my shrimp. In everyone one of them. When I called to tell them that it ruined my meal &do u take that out the Female Manager said yes. Evidently not that day since I had two fajitas meals with it in them. She had an attitude towards me as if I did something I return the food. She was very rude told me I didn't need to bring it in,but then turned around &searched my bag. And told me she wasn't going to return my money for the chips cheese. Mind u I ordered two bags of chips (one was free the other they never gave me). I said are u seriously going to be that low. I was so upset cuz I was at drive in movie with my family that I told her obviously I didn't think to get the cheese off the ground. She literally kept $8.00 of my money for the free bag of chips the chips I never got &a cheese I forgot, but was told I didn't have to bring it in. That's how rude &nasty she was as if I did something to her. Or the company. Wow. Unreal experience. Unacceptable customer service. When asked if I could get sick from eating the vein her smart comment was I DON'T KNOW BUT SHE'S THE MANAGER and obviously she didn't care. Sad I was treated like I did something wrong it doesn't look appealing. It's never been in any shrimp I have eaten at...
Read moreFirst, I wish I could say that I'm a professional food critic, but I'm not. However, it doesn't take a professional to see that Jorge, Campesino's Grill's owner, is doing wonderful things. Refills of beverages and chips and salsa are done about every 10 minutes. Your food is cooked at lightning speed. The great servers treat me like a close friend whenever I eat at their restaurant. I am 16 years old and I have been eating at "The Camp" since I was five years old. In the hundreds of times that I've been to el restaurante de Jorge (Jorge's restaurant), I have never been disappointed. I have been talking to the waiters and waitresses in Spanish since I was about ten years old. At first, I was afraid to try to talk to them in Spanish, but when I messed up, they helped me. My long-time favorite waiter, Luiz, used to teaches me a Spanish word every time I came to eat. Él es un buen hombre (He is a good man). The employees are always friendly to all customers. The food is cooked to order every time. If I could give this restaurant six stars, I would. I would absolutely recommend this...
Read moreOh, man. I stopped here and ordered the Pollo Loco, and a shredded beef quesadilla on the side, because I'm a growing boy, and I forgot how big the portions here were, because there was no way I could eat all that in one sitting. So I planned to eat my main course, and some of the quesadilla, but they fry their quesadillas in butter, so it's like an awesome Mexican grilled cheese sandwich, and there was no way I was letting that thing go cold. Needless to say, after devouring the quesadilla, there wasn't much room left for my Pollo Loco, but damned if I didn't try... Point of my story: awesome food, great portion size for the price, nice atmosphere, and the staff are all friendly. If you like Mexican food, eat here. If you don't like Mexican food, eat here, and you'll like...
