Excellent coffee, excellent atmosphere excellent education. This coffee is roasted fresh and brewed to perfection every time a rustic atmosphere with a modern take on the old school coffee when you look up coffee in the dictionary, you should see this place. I’m not Boston, but this is coffee and what I mean this is coffee. I mean, this isn’t stuff that is made up. This is all natural organic ingredients That enhance the original flavor of the coffee. I like the fact that this coffee is hand-picked for its flavors, but also what it gives back to the farmer who grows it.. excellent job. I have to stop in again to receive more education. Home brew challenge showed that 7 shooter beat out a coffee that scored a 97 of 100 in a blind cup challenge. 16:1 ratio drip coffee. 7 Shooter is an impressive coffee concept that I was blown away by. The modernity of the way they make the coffee, paired with the western rustic vibe it gave off was so inviting. The owner Sean is so passionate about what he does, and he carefully crafts his coffee drinks in a way that tells you he's serious about the quality he puts in that cup.
