Devil or Angel Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Stratmoor

To be clear, DoA is not a bad place to go to. I have never felt uncomfortable there, but I wouldn't specifically think of it as a place I would take a date to. I have to give it lower marks than other bars simply because I would have to say that it is geared toward a more fringe crowd in the area. I'm not trying to say that anyone there or who goes there are not fine upstanding citizens. It's just not a fancy place, and if you're not comfortable in a crowd of people who are absolutely happy not being considered as "normal" in society, you might want to find a different spot. In fact, I doubt that anyone there would mind the lower rating to keep you dirty normies from coming in, but they'll damn sure take your money if you want to wet...

I didn't have the food as I had another place to be. I do intend to go back for steak night. The service was great. I was greeted as soon as I went in and felt very comfortable. The section in the back had plenty of tables although outside this time of year I was all for sitting inside at the bar.

Update: went back for steak night, steak was cooked to perfection. Better than any steak house. Not the cut of steak but great flavor. Potato salad and roll. Everything was wonderful and the service was great and friendly. I'm definitely going back, and bringing friends with...

Greatest place if you just want to chill out with people who are down to earth and hang. The food is really good. There's a lot of specials, like Wednesday wing night, Thursday karaoke night, Friday steak night, Saturday biker appreciation night, etc. Plus... the homemade breakfast on the weekend with real green...
