Bono Pizza Stroudsburg — Restaurant in Stroud Township

DO NOT ORDER! I do not ever write horrible reviews like this but this was the worst experience I’ve had. We ordered at 8pm and I double checked that it would be fine because they closed at 9 and they said yes of course. We ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and requested there be no blue cheese or ranch on it. I double checked with them twice just to be sure they got it. They told me 30 minutes and after almost an hour, we finally called just to double check. The delivery driver showed up by blasting his car horn up the street at 9pm on Sunday when people are starting to settle down and relax in my house and the neighborhood. We asked him if that was him blaring the horn and he acted like he had no idea what we were talking about and said it wasn’t him, but we have a ring camera that very much shows it was him. So he’s a liar and a horrible delivery driver. Our pizza was completely wrong and when we called to complain after everything possible went wrong he refused to refund the pizza that no one in my house could eat. Horrible service and horrible pizza. Do not ever order from here unless you want to be gaslight by the owner and your order...

Went into Bella Buona's last night for a Chicken Parmesan and fries. Well I must say when I got my food home .... I ate the fries right away because I didn't want them getting cold. They were good but how can you mess up fries. I was three bites into my Chicken sandwich when I realize that I was eating a sauce and cheese sandwich. After dissecting the sandwich I saw that I had probably enough sauce for two pizzas, cheese and one breaded what looked like a chicken finger (two chicken fingers because the sandwich was cut in half). Made the most of it and put the two fingers on one half of the bread and would just have to due with a half a sandwich. I should of just stuck with the sauce and cheese, I bite into this hard rubbery piece of chicken(?) ---- worse sandwich I have never eaten. My thing is they know what they are serving people and if you served that sandwich you don't care what you serve to people. It was disgusting. I will know for next time if I want a parmesan sandwich to pass the local pizza place and go up the street to the local diner .... hell I might have better results from the gas station that...

Popped in for a slice here today. Kinda didnt even know this place was here, but it came up on maps so I had to check it out. They had a nice selection of slices and the pies looked real thin and good. I got a cheese slice as always and the girl working the counter was very nice and kinda...well actually...quite good looking. She put my slice in and checked me out and then the pizza guy who was outside smoking a cig when I arrived came in and took my slice out. Too soon. I wanted to like this slice a lot more because it was so thin and it had the perfect amount of cheese. That being said, they didnt give it enough time in the oven and I found the sauce to be rather bland. The crust didnt get much of a chance because of it being slightly underdone, but what I tasted was actually pretty good. On google i would normally give this a 3 star as I would rate this slice about a 6.1 out of 10....but it appears I am the first person to review this place, so I'm gonna throw in some brownie points and throw out the 4. Still goin 6.1 on the slice, but I'm definitely going to stop in here again and give em another chance. Not bad,...
