McDonald's — Restaurant in Stroud

I ordered our food in the drive thru, then went to the service station to get a drink and ended up back at McDonald's because my McChicken was supposed to be light mayonnaise but when I opened the wrapper it was thrown together and mayonnaise all over the wrapper with my actual grill slip INSIDE my chicken sandwich. I went in there to get a new sandwich and was going well but then the manager (Branson) looked at my sandwich and grill slip and threw it away, when I said something to him, I said I also wanted a couple of drinks and he couldn't hear me because he needed to take his apple earbud out so he could hear, he then asked what again and I told him and he said someone will be with you and walked off, then the other manager (never got his name) but he couldn't hear me either because when I tried speaking with him he had to take his apple earbud out as well. Neither of them even said anything to me about my order. I was about to order 2 drinks but then I thought why should I spend 5.63 on 2 drinks when they just made my sandwich wrong and against health code (grill slip inside wrapper and sandwich) and asked to speak with a manager, the young lady went back there to ask and came back up to the front and nothing was said. I waited a bit and still nothing so I asked the young lady if he was coming and she said no, that he was busy making food, I was floored. I said really she said yup. When I asked them to go back and get him again he finally came up but his response was like what do you want instead of im sorry it took me a bit or anything. The two managers both made a scene and I ended up just throwing my food away and leaving. I've never in my life had such horrible service and flat refuse to stop by that...

Worst Over Night Staff EVER!!! I didn't even wanna give this location a rating, but i had to in order to write a review. WORST MANAGER EVER. Highly dissatisfied. Over night staff (around 4a.m.) was rude, horrible, and had a very irritable attitude. The over night manager was the staff who displayed all these actions. I could tell from experience of being around users that she was on amphetamines. She was real agressive and didnt even bother to try to help us when i messed up an order and tried to correct it. She told me she couldn't change it for whatever reason. She was lazy. My food was made after her trying to argue with me for awhile. It tasted like trash. My breakfast was hardley cooked. I asked for the General Managers Name and a number to reach her at SEVERAL times. The over night manager was still being very negative and horrible towards me and my husband. He decided to go back after we got gas at the gas station near by because he was still hungry, he ordered a bagel breakfast sandwhich and he took two bites and gave the rest to our dog. It tastes more like dog food to him. While being there the 2nd time i witnessed a young male staff about to make a new pot of coffe and and as he started to, the night manager walked to him and rudely snatched it out of his hands with force. Never will i stop here again. If you can't be friendly in customer service especially as a manager, you shouldn't work somewhere that's very common...

Went through the drive thru for a sausage biscuit and a hashbrowns after a rough night at work. I was served promptly, only to find half my complicated order missing. I drove back around and told them my hashbrowns was missing. I waited more than 10 minutes behind the truck at the front window before they pulled him forward. The lady at the front window asked if I was the missing hashbrowns. I said, "Yes. I got my biscuit but no hashbrown." She replied with a very professional, "Huh?" I repeated myself, as she asked me to do, a might slower than the first time, but no louder. She became very hateful and at one point informed me that I didnt have to "get loud" with her. I was very tempted to show her what "loud" sounded like, but refrained. Somehow I dont think my dear-in-the-headlights look relayed my surprised to the hateful heifer working the front window this morning, but I did get my hashbrown and it was...
