Picked up pizza and it was made wrong. Toppings were only supposed to be on 1 half of the pizza.Was told it would be 25 minutes to remake. Came back to pick up and had to pick up at the bar. The owner was behind the bar. There was a waitress wandering around. It was 15 minutes before closing. Nobody said a word to me. No hello, can I help you or anything. A customer asks about being cashedout and the owner tells them he is waiting to close but they are waiting for an order to be picked up..uh..hellloooo! So I flag down the waitress and tell her I have a remake order and she goes to get it. She hands me the box and a bag. I look at the pizza remake and it looked like they just scraped all the toppings off the one side and piled it on the other then sprinkled a few shreds of cheese on the scraped half and cooked it again. Looked like a train wreck...so not only did I have to wait 25 minutes for a sub par remake but the broasted potatoes I ordered were soggy and cold...great dinner! A staple for the greater Youngstown area. We always come here when we come home to visit family. Absolutely love this place and so happy that that dinning room is back open. The bar is absolutely a beautiful piece of vintage hardwood and creates a complete feel to the entire interior. I get so happy coming here. Thinking of all the generations that sat here before me. Can't say any one thing is better than the other. If you want the authentic experience and you have not been here before don't just get a slice that has been made already. Get a fresh made to order Pizza and note that if you get toppings on your pizza that it will take away for the authentic real flavor of the pizza just as a cheese pizza. This is how you can tell pizza from others is the sauce and cheese. The restaurant gets busy so have patience. For the full experience go alone. Sit at the bar and get a beer and broasted chicken or fish. Their sandwiches are incredible. Roast Beef is a favorite. Remember good food takes time and it's well...

I just ordered from them the other day and this is what I found in my food this pebble or what ever it is as you can see called and talked to one of the owners Jack and he said bring all your food in and he will give me my money back I said ok went there he looked at the food and said no you not getting your money back he said that I'm not going to take advantage of him I said I been eating here for 17 years and his mom the other owner know of it I tried to show him the pebble in my food and he shoved the food back at me and said I will give you your money for just the pizza which I ordered alot of food I said wow just I left called the other owner mary Ann and told her she wasn't even trying to hear what happened and said she have other people to tend to this right here let's me know people really don't care and from now on I will just cook at home and never give them a penny of my money both of them are some a holes I'm a foodie also so I will let everyone I know...
