$42.59 for a small lamb saag, small chicken curry, large rice. Yes rice was separate. See attached photo of “chicken curry”. Had 4 nugget sized chunks of meat in it. Everything lacked flavor. Asked for spicy. Not only was it bland but had zero spice. Had to add salt to just make it edible. Not authentic at all. Maybe it’s good for the area. But if you have actually had real Indian, taper your expectations. Overpriced and extremely disappointing. Apart from the food. It’s no atmosphere it’s a food truck that is expected. However when I arrived 2 workers were sitting outside at a table. When I showed up they went inside. No washing of hands just immediately started cooking. No gloves. Service 2. They lift the window. Take your order. Close the window. I regret not asking for my receipt. Idk how my order totaled such a high amount. Lesson learned. Will never eat there again. And for those with high expectations. Skip.

worst chicken curry i’ve ever had. Chicken is all jagged bones that you have to gnaw the meat off of. and the sauce is watery and oily. not good at all. i ate as much as i could since it was over $40 but i had to throw half in the trash. id say the way id fix it if it were me cooking would be to reduce the amount of oil by like 80%, let the sauce thicken up more at the end of cooking, and use boneless skinless chicken breast instead of chopped up whole chicken instead, and add just a touch of yoghurt or cream. spices were okay.

I was missing Nepal while on a roadtrip and stopped here. Every item is vegetarian! When he mentioned they also had paratha, I jumped on it. I got a set of cauliflower paratha, yogurt, and I think it was allo mattar. The paratha was even better than the ones I had visiting Nepal, and the yogurt pairs perfectly. I thank them for not holding back on the spice! If I'm driving along I-81 again I definitely want to stop here again.

One time I was in Virginia I was looking for a pilot/flying j and came across the one right across from this food truck. Didn't know there was a food truck there at the time but when I pulled up to the truck stop, it was so backed up beyond normal circumstances stances and I say that because all truck stops are usually backed up at all hours of the day. But then I noticed, there was mostly Indian men EVERYWHERE and a lot of them seemed to be coming and going to the food truck parked right across the pilot. I didn't order that day but this situation stuck with me to the point that the next time I was passing by I remembered how everybody was ordering. So I looked the pilot on Google maps and found the restaurant right across and decided to call and order something ahead of time. I decided to order some curry goat with white rice for pickup. When I got to the truck stop I walked across to the food truck and eventually got my food but not before being side eyed by some other guys that was like 'what are you doing here's and one guy was friendly asking if I like Indian food. I explained I come from a Jamaican family and not many places on the road make curry goat so I wanted to give it a try and his eyes lit up like some damn fireworks. I'll save the rest of the conversation not to hold y'all but they were real friendly lol. Anyways I got my food and noticed the added a whole bag of some nicely cut onions and 2 peppers that I'm not really familiar with, they are green skinny and hot like the devil's balls...( Do not ask me how I know that) All in all the food was exactly how I thought it was going to taste. Amazing and extremely spicy how I love it. I came back again a second time a few weeks later since the loads I've been getting recently have been taking me in that same direction and again same quality and taste to the food absolutely amazing. The only reason I give it 3 stars on atmosphere is because it's a food truck posted right across from the truck stop exit, so everyone in the truck stop is looking at you like 'i wonder what he ordered' 🤔 that kind of bothers me a...

If they try to overcharge you just because you are a hungry truck driver do like I did. I told them, "I aint paying 25 dollars for a bowl of chikpeas."

And yes, I asked for the price but the guy kinda sorta ignored me and went to doing something. It'sa shame how people try to do you just because they know you aint in the best situation.

**Update, response to the owner's reply. First of all sir you are not a restraunt, you have a food truck that is being pulled by a Uhaul. Second of all, no, not all Indian Restaurants have the same prices. The Liberty Truck Stop in Mt. Jackson has good Indian food and the prices are not the same.

I admire your drive to be an entrepreneur though. I have my own businesses too. And for that reason I will share with the people one good thing that I saw while I was at your food trailer. The trailer was really nice with gas appliances, it looked clean and the bread, the way you all was making it looked really good, warming it on the pan then throwing it in the fire where it would start to inflate like a ballon.

I would have liked to actually try your food but 25 dollars for a bowl of chikpeas, yes sir, I think that is too...
