We tried out this restaurant, as it isn’t far from us, and we are excited to have a different option in the area! The serving sizes are very generous, enough to be shared. I preferred the Beef Schwarma to the Chicken, personally. I think I would either share with my husband next time or order something smaller and share the hummus. (We both ordered a dish with hummus and it was too much hummus for us!) The staff was friendly and helpful. We asked a couple questions about dishes we didn’t know about, and they helped us understand what things are. Would like to see less styrofoam containers and/or smaller portions with lower prices. Glad to have a new type of restaurant in the community!

My cousins from Missouri, Indiana, Michigan and myself from Arizona all got together at this restaurant on August 2 and 3. The chef and waitress were very accommodating as we zoomed with 3 cousins in Canada and a sister in California. Everyone ordered something different and each item was delicious. Below is picture of my beef kabob. The rice was excellent with slivers of almonds. The hummus and Tahini was superb. Sturgis is very lucky to have this restaurant and I highly recommend to all. The chef really knows how to cook good Mediterranean food. You won’t regret your visit.

Prices are definitely very reasonable. The food is fantastic it's made fresh to order. Nothing sitting under a hot lamp thank God. My daughter who is very picky about her food. She ate every bite of lentil soup. She loved the grape leaves. Honestly shocked that my little picky eater finished and cleaned her plate. And definitely coming back. FYI chicken shawarma with french fries in it so good. That sauce and everything with it ties so well

We have dined in, twice, and had takeout as well, all in early days. Food was great, without a doubt. Service- they aim to please, but things get messed up. Order a soft drink—they don’t have it…not in cans and the machine is broken. All food for “eat-in” was bagged for takeout, anyway. No atmosphere. Delicious food, generous portions. Ordering takeout was a disaster. They had no phone. The restaurant in Coldwater gets those orders. Oops. Placed an in-person order at the restaurant, got home, it was wrong. Had to go back 2x. I’m waiting for them to get their act together. I would still recommend ordering food from them. Maybe they opened before they were prepared, especially since they had no phone, no in-house dishes (even disposable) to eat off of, and the only Middle Eastern connection was a silent Middle Eastern type of MTV playing videos in subtitles. It’s not their fault I can’t read Arabic. Maybe they could use some coaching about lateral continuity, so orders are all delivered consistently. Once we got salad with dressing on the side. We were told it always comes that way. Next time we got salad we got a sloppy, soggy mess, already dressed. What changed? When I stand right in front of someone and point to what I want, and use polite, well-moderated tones and language, it’s very frustrating to get home and find things still wrong. We did not attempt another return then, to straighten a still messed up order. We ate it and it was good. All of it was delicious. Trust them for delicious Middle Eastern food. Go there. Eat. Enjoy. Once they iron out the kinks, service and atmosphere will be great,...

This is the best I've had in years. Years! The toum (garlic sauce) burns a bit, which means it's made right with enough garlic. It's also perfectly creamy, no grit at all. Worth paying to get more.

The shish tawook was cooked absolutely perfectly, and my husband's beef shawarma was juicy and very flavorful. The rice was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Don't neglect the pickles with the shish tawook, either, as those had just the right crunch and a perfect balance of flavor.

The baklava reminded me of when I was a member of a Greek Orthodox Church in Cleveland where they made it right. Made me a bit misty eyed, to be honest. If you like baklava, get theirs. You...
