I certainly hope Richard J Bowen sees my feedback as he would not be pleased at all with the my experience at this very location. I wanted to order a breakfast sandwich coffee and hash browns which she said they had but was not going to serve me all that I asked for, but just coffee & donuts while she was breaking down the case which still seemed full .....into big bags. This was at 11:25 am mind you. I was very dejected & left hungry. I drove from Wellesley for this. She didn't seem like she had any empathy or care for that matter. Don't know if they wanted to have an easy afternoon because it was still morning & to be open til 3pm. I just couldn't let this slide as no one should have to endure that. No excuse for laziness or shortcuts when it comes to customer service. I still stand by Honey Dew and their products as I am 50 & grew up on it since 10 yrs old. I hope this gets addressed as this kinda thing often gets out of control. I know the Bowen family take absolute pride and genuinely care about their customers and community.
