The worst service.. I called ahead, nothing too fancy, just a turkey sandwich and butter beans.. they said it'll take 20 minutes, I arrived 20 minutes later, there was a bag on the counter, but when I inquired about my order, she said it wasn't ready yet.. 40 minutes later I'm still waiting for my food.. Noone offered a drink while I waited at the bar, paid me much attention, or gave me any follow up until I inquired.. Everyone else around me was being served...Turns out my food had been sitting right there in front of them, out in the open, for the whole 40 minutes I waited inside, IT WAS THERE THE WHOLE TIME! You mean to tell me that neither waiter thought to themselves 'Hey she's been here a long time with no drink or food infront of her, maybe we should see if the order right here contains her food??' An hour wait for her to try and serve me cold food that had sitting on the counter.. No "sorry" or anything.. And had the nerve to charge me a $3.19...

Derlz is great. If you love feeling like you're back to the days where goin to a bar was just goin to the bar, this is the place you're looking for. Dirt lot. Low ceilings. Great live music. Wonderful waitress staff. Smells like your dad's truck from the 90s. I love going to this place. Honestly. It has pool tables. The food is good. I love their philly egg rolls. Even the patrons are friendly. I didn't use the bathrooms but I'm sure they're fine. It's a nice place to go to get away from all the trends and just enjoy being around people. 4 stars because they messed up our tab with someone else's. If it was a one time thing, I'll change the stars...

I live in NC and googled the closets bar with a pool table. Myself and a friend went in and sat at the bar. The bartender didn't speak nor acknowledge us until after her school age daughter spoke to us, 8 mins later. Mind you she looked over and continued laughing and talking with another customer. But then to 🤔 I have melanin skin unlike most 98% of whom was there. I gave the Babygirl the tip since she was kind enough to even acknowledge my existence. Tacos where ok, wouldn't go back for them nor the service. At lease I saved the $150 in food, drinks, tips and the pool table I was planning on spending it...
