On August 6th we ordered two large pizzas, lg garlic knots and a cheesy bread. Estimated delivery was in 40 minutes no problem. 40 minutes came and went according to the tracker food came out of the oven I to the quality check phase about 1 hour after the order was placed. Ok they are busy right. Our food sat out in the quality check phase for 1 full hour before it went out for delivery. I tried calling and calling to cancel the order. No one would answer the phone. We did not want food that sat out on the counter for 1 hour before it even went out for delivery. 2 hours and 20 minutes after ordering our dinner it was delivered completely cold. Went back on the phone to the company and the phone went unanswered for 64 minutes. Yes 1 hour and 4 minutes before I finally hung up again. Since the dinner was ruined and inedible I sent an email to dominos corporate. They replied 2 days later and said someone would contact me. Still waiting. I did call the local store the next afternoon and asked for the general manager. The young man who answered the phone said he was the general manager and could help me. Well after 5 minutes he asked me to hold and then a young lady answered who said she was now the general manager. Same story she puts me on hold and comes back saying the general manager was due in that night at 5:30 and he would call me. Well guess what still no call. I think I understand the problem. for a pizza place to afford 3 general managers they can’t afford any regular employees to actually do the work. It’s a shame that the corporate office allows one location to tarnish its...
Read moreI ordered a pizza at 6:30 pm. The tracker showed it was waiting for picking up at 7:15. The pizza sat for hours. At 10 pm it finally arrived, stone cold. Even the box was cold. You cannot get in touch with anyone at the store. I called several times and they just pick up the phone and hang it up. By the time the order arrived 3.5 hours later we had already gotten DoorDash food. I’m not sure where this pizza was floating around for that many hours to be icy cold, which means obviously inedible. Any manager or staff member that knowingly let something release to a driver, after sitting for that many hours should be ashamed of themselves. They knew very well this pizza was not in the condition it needed to be in to be eaten or even delivered at that time. Since they won’t pick up the phone or if they do pick up, they hang up on you, I will just have to contact my credit card company and have the charges reversed.
Update to review: finally got hold of a manger today. They said they cannot issue refunds the day after, said I should have let them know last night. When I informed Him I tried calling but they just hung up on me, he said nothing. Not even an I’m sorry. He did wonder where the pizza was at now, like it was a missing child. 🤦🏻♀️ He then told me to call corporate. I called corporate and they told me to call the local store that they could offer me a refund. I gave them several tries for them to take accountability but contacted my credit card company for a charge back. Even the lady from the credit card company was...
Read moreOrdered online for carside pickup last week. Once I pulled up, I watched several customers come and go... I was 5 minutes early according to the time given for pickup... After more than 20 minutes ( no exaggeration!). I finally went inside and there was my food, sitting on the shelf, while 4 employees stood talking and laughing, obvious not busy! Why didnt someone bring it out when it was ready??. Exact Same thing happened the week before on a Thursday! Waited and ended up going inside to find the order had been sitting on a shelf while I'm outside waiting. I saw a couple other customers come up and wait before finally going inside..they come out shaking their heads, definitely unhappy. What's the purpose of online ordering for carside puckup if you have to go inside afterall?? Sitting directly in front of the building, big windows, in plain and clear view of the employees inside..you'd think after seeing people pull up and sit, they'd at least come out to check.?!?! Had a delivery order last summer where the driver pulled up with the radio playing so loud I could feel the bass in my chest during the few seconds it took for him to turn it down once he stopped! I could hear him coming from at least a block away...he was driving slow looking at mailbox numbers so every person in the neighborhood had to listen to it. This is very rude and disrespectful! I'm finished with that Dominos, forever. Too many times, too...
