Today, went on my 30 minute lunch break to get chicken tenders. Waited about 8 minutes to order. Fine. It seemed like they were struggling. Then I put my order in and sat down and waited. After 25 minutes of waiting (not exaggerating by the way!) and seeing the guy who was behind me in line leaving since he had eaten his meal, I went and inquires about my tenders. The manager said it was cooking. Okay fine. Waited about 5 more minutes and now being officially late to go back to work asked for a receipt so I could just leave. The same manager tried to give me a refund, and tried and tried. Finally she hands me $5 out of the drawer and the wrong receipt. Awesome. My meal cost me $6.41 not $5. I didn't have time to deal with it all. I got back to work late and with no food.
Called the complaint line and they said the district manager will call me. So far no call. Will call...
Read moreI entered into the restaurant to 3 other individuals awaiting to be served in line. No one was at the front register for more than 5 min. They were all attending the drive thru, even the manager. We all patiently waited. No one acknowledged us or said a word! No “ I’ll be with you” an apology or anything. The female manager walked up to the front with a cash till and never looked up or again acknowledged the patrons at the front. I asked an associate was anyone working the front and if we could get service. It was said by the associate that he/she don’t work the front. Really!? And I guess he/she don’t know who or what each other job assignments are! Wow!!I thought the positions were called team members clearly they don’t work as a team and should me re-trained. Ordered a candied bacon chicken Frisco sandwich on the app today. Yall hand me the bag, I open it and boom, it’s a burger! I walked up to counter to correct yall, only to be informed that yall dont have chicken breasts?
I mean that’s okay, but wouldn’t it have crossed your mind to offer a substitute or refund rather than automatically replacing my order with a burger? Management has failed you guys, but at least yall are committed to showing up.
ORIGINAL: Love the staff. Very engaging group that encourages customers to talk to corporate! They know what it takes to get things done! Every visit is certainly fun....
